Jimmy [owner] was a great guy and very attentive to our needs with our room. Very friendly staff- Frank was super generous and kept the place clean. I would recommend to anyone. If we come back for another visit we will book here again.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The bed was really comfortable. Location is perfect on the main drag in Cold Spring, with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and not far from hiking destinations and the train. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

While the room was advertised as soundproof I could hear pretty much every sound the person staying next door was making. The rooms are in the back of a cafe which felt a little odd & exposed. Surprised that breakfast wasn't included given the relatively high cost for the room (even though the proprietor offered 50% off cafe items); toiletries provided were the bare minimum.

Location was perfect for exploring the historic area in Cold Spring. Only parking is street parking which was full when we arrived. Adam carried our luggage in which was very helpful. Made hot chocolate, too!

very well located on the main street very close to the train station. Tea and coffee available. The family who runs the property was very welcoming. The bedding is good.

The rooms are tiny. I did’nt mind. i’d say perfect for resting after a day hiking and spending little time in the room.

The location was great! Near shops, coffee shops, and a short walk to a park by the Hudson. Staff was super friendly! I had to check in at midnight and he gave me instructions to let myself in. He had soup for me ready to heat up.. it was just what I needed to settle in after a long day of traveling! I had coffee and water in their eating area. also offered muffins. Highly recommend!

Basic accommodations. what made it stand out was that the proprietor was fantastic.

Very friendly, helpful host, super comfy bed! We stayed in the queen suite with the green walls and massive carved bed. Right in the center of Main Street! Such a cute town and walking distance for all the shops, restaurants and river side park.

One side of the bed was a little tight to the wall and as parking was on the street, it could be a challenge to find a close spot at times.

Really convenient location right in the center of town and close to anything. The owner is a super nice guy and he and his family were very welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay in this place.The owner goes above and beyond to please the guests.Me and my friend had just arrived and didnt even enter the hotel and the owner came outside to greet us and wish us a warm welcome. He also gave us a choice to pick our room.Once we got settled my friend wanted to watch TV but the remote didnt work.As soon as i reported it to the owner( forgive me for not remembering his name ) he gave us a remote that works and a room heater as well.There were muffins,bottles of water ,tea,coffee and chips available on the upper level lobby.The bed was super comfy.The bathroom has a nice size shower cabin and it was very clean.I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Cold Spring.
