Very cute, clean, comfortable condo! Very Detailed information. Would stay again!

Good location with good proximity to most things. Needed a place as I had friends in from out of town. Listing as advertised.

Great place! Perfect location for visiting historical sites and wineries. The condo had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony with mountain views. Great for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Stacie was very easy to work with. Would stay here again!

This rental was really great! We stayed for a week during a family trip to the Charlottesville area and were really pleased with the space and the location. Check-in was easy and Stacie was prompt and helpful with responses if anything came up. The place is perfect for 4 people - we actually had 5, but one is a 3-year-old who doesn't care about where he sleeps, so an air mattress was more than sufficient, but for adults or families with only older kids, 4 is probably a good number. The apartment was clean, had plenty of towels, bedding and blankets, a nice laundry area, and a decently equipped kitchen. The rental is very close to some really great restaurants - some are even walking-distance if you're up for a 10 min stroll and the weather cooperates. Close to lots of other fun things to do - Monticello, Carter Orchard, plenty of hiking, splash pads, Glass Palette, Saturday farmer's market, downtown mall. Shenandoah is an easy hour+ drive depending on the trails you want to do. Good internet speed and Netflix account available. A nice balcony on which to enjoy some morning coffee or evening wine. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and feels safe. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The location of the property was amazing! An easy 15-20 minute to historic downtown / downtown mall. Condo was clean, had all id the amenities for a great stay and was easily accessible as well. Overall a fantastic place and a wonderful stay!

The place was clean and comfortable, kitchen had all of the basics, nice to have laundry, and the complex was quiet.

We arrived to a clean and welcoming condo. The owner provided all of the comforts of home. The condo is within walking distance to So Many of the places that we enjoying visiting. It is also just a short hop to Rt 250 or interstate 64 to admire and enjoy a plethora of attractions and beautiful landscape.

The check in/out process is very smooth and automated. The home is exactly as described and in a friendly, quiet building. Equipped with all the appliances needed and extras. Overall great property and great host. Thank you Stacey!

This apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. The best restaurants are within walking distance. Also near many friendly parks for walking. The apartment is among the better VRBO rentals that we have enjoyed

This was such a lovely condo and in such a perfect location! Incredibly convenient to restaurants and wineries. We had the best time and truly enjoyed staying in Belmont! Hope to be able to stay again one day soon!

I stayed in this 2 bedroom condo for 2 weeks with my daughter as she was recovering from knee surgery. I selected this property because it was within 10-15 minutes away from all places we needed to go to in Charlottesville, but also because it was a single level place with an elevator. The bedrooms were comfortable, laundry is in unit, and the large sectional in the living room was a lifesaver during the first days after my daughter's surgery. Stacie the property manager was very responsive and and wonderful in answering all of my questions.

Very clean and quiet condo, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Stacie replied quickly when I had questions. Location is great, very close to Main Street mall and easy access to I64.

I would definitely stay here again. Loved that we could walk to restaurants.

Thanks so much to Stacie! This was exactly what I needed for my weekend of winery visits and apple picking. The place was clean, tasteful, and spacious for our group of 4. We had one other couple stay with us and the two rooms were perfect for us. The couch was so comfortable and could easily host one or two more. We also enjoyed the tv and liked that the water filter was filled when we got there! Highly recommend.

This is a very charming place in Belmont, with great access to everything Charlottesville and the surrounding area has to offer. Stacie was very responsive and helpful; the place was clean and well-maintained; and there was even a gift basket awaiting our arrival. Highly recommend to everyone!

The apartment is located in the Belmont area of Charlottesville, which has great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the spacious balcony. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Charlottesville.

Stacie was amazing!! It’s a perfect little spot for our girls weekend away. We talked about coming back our spouses soon! The whole place was well stocked from kitchenware, coffee, snacks, linens, and decor. It was perfect and felt like home. It’s minutes from great foodie spots and downtown. My only regret is we only had the weekend. We will be back! Thanks for a great weekend!

The host left a wonderful basket of coffee, creamers and treats. The apartment was incredibly clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The street parking was very easy and always available, usually just across the street from the building's front entrance. While the foyer of the building could use a refreshing, the rental unit is nicely appointed and bright. As was mentioned in a prior review, the walls and ceiling are a bit thin and if you are a light sleeper the white noise app would come in handy. That said, both nights there was none of the outside noise that other reviewers had mentioned, we found the neighborhood to be quite quiet. We would stay here again if back in Cville.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends - we took in a UVA football game & enjoyed a quick trip to a local vineyard.

Stayed here for a short visit to Charlottesville. Great location, close to town and a biking/hiking trail and several microbreweries. Would definitely stay here again.
