Wonderful view and nice location, best place in Morocco 🇲🇦 so fare! it is placed in the Main Street of the Medina, and has a very nice and cozy entrees. the rooftop is a nice place to heng out and relax, and eat breakfast. The people working there is superb, but especially Yasmin has been very kind and helpful even when we left. we are now in Marrakash, and he is still our guy for all our questions! Thanks!! we highly recommend Casa Perleta!! 😊

Location, staff and great views

Too much light in the morning through the window, you are next to the street so it's a little bit noisy.

Staff was very kind, and breakfast was delicious. The building itself is like a living museum that you get to look at up close. I felt like a child after making a very cool hiding place while exploring nooks and hidden windows.

Mattress was just not as soft as it could be. Still 5 ☆.

the property was in a great location. it was quirky and very pretty and welcoming. Yassin at the reception was so welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was awesome and the view from the terrace was wonderful.

The room was not quite like the photo and the second bed was very thin and the roof very low. it was also quite cold and there were no spare blankets.

Mohammed and his staff could not do enough for us. Fabulous place and fab location Mohammeds wife cooked us traditional food and we dinned on the roof top terrace which was a a great expierence.

The location was awesome, just a 3 minutes walk from the Bab Souk, where the taxi drops you off. Its important to be close to the drop off point, because you have to drag your suitcases through the cobblestone path and mostly uphill. So the shorter the distance, the easier it is. The hotel itself is beautiful from outside with blue facade. A lots of shops, restaurants and instagrammable blue aleys/stairs/spots around the property. The check in was smooth. The service and behaviour was quite good. The room has a nice mountain view of the old city. The room was basic, but well equipped. The toilet was spacious and perfect. The rooftop is the highlight of this property, where they serve the breakfast. The rooftop has panoramic view of the old city - just perfect. The Morocan Breakfast was good. In short, nice stay, highly recommended.

They should provide complimentary drinking water in the room.

Most of the staff were very nice and friendly. The location is in the medina, which is convenient if you plan to shop there. The beds were comfy. The hotel gives a nice breakfast in the morning on the terrace.

There were ants all over our room. The toilet seat was broken, the room was very small for 3 people, and we had 2 slits in the walls which counted for “windows”. The lights in each lamp were mixed andatched (some white light and some yellow light). If we had paid $40 for the night, I wouldn’t complain, but one night for 3 single beds was $74 and this place was definitely not worth that price.

Very beautiful place, many lovingly crafted details, very friendly, relaxed and helpful people working there. I had made a mistake in the booking and they delt with it super friendly and flexible. Good breakfast on gorgeous roof terrace... Right in the Medina, but very quiet.

the floor was cold and whole room in general was cold, even though we turned AC, it was still a bit cold. probably in the summer it’s not an issue.

We loved our stay in Casa Perleta. The hotel is easily accecible and in the heart of blue medina, the breakfast were amazing and staf very attentive. Our room was really cozy with clean bathroom and our little son loved the upper bed. We would definately recommend to everyone!

The casa is located close to all the main sights and many restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is typically Moroccan but we were offered an egg... big plus :-)The rooms are beautiful. But the best part is the rooftop terrace.

The location is outstanding and the property itself is gorgeous - an intricate maze of beautiful tile work and unique nooks to enjoy your time. Breakfast was fabulous and so yummy! Our host was so attentive and thoughtful and brought us an expansive assortment of food in the mornings and tea in the evenings as we relaxed from our day.

Absolutely nothing, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Cute quaint property with great customer service. They even opted to make us a home made dinner with was definitely one of the best we’ve had since being in Morocco.
