Excellent location. Very close to downtown Palm Springs , restaurants and nightlife. House is newly built and modern

Didn’t like having to pay 70 dolllars/ day to heat the jacuzzi. When one books a property with a jacuzzi, it is assumed it will be heated, and not requiring a separate fee, nor needing activation by the host. Other issue is principal bedroom has two windows -only one of which has a covering. Hence, I was awakened every morning, roughly at 6 am when the sun came up. Not exactly my idea of sleeping in while on vacation

We loved the house ! It was a great place to have as a base while we worked local in the area. Client enjoyed the vibe and it was a perfect home away from home. The rooms are spacious well set up and the living facilities and appliances, solid internet made it a smooth comfortable stay. The owners were communicative and friendly and I would highly recommend the house for work or pleasure.

The additional sofa bed wasn't there as per the advertisement so its really a house sleeping 3.
