Gian Mario the landlord who takes care of maintaining the swimming pool lives in a separate structure near Cottage Luigina. (Gian Mario is always out on business, your privacy is guaranteed, but at the same time if you need it will be at your complete disposal.)

From here, the fascinating hill towns of Tuscany and Umbria are easily accessible. The vibrant medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino is a five-minute drive away, while Cortona, the highest town in Tuscany, is 10 minutes away.

This cortona cottage comfortably accommodates up to three couples with each bedroom. Guests are welcomed by a large living room and a bathroom that incorporate all the elements of a classic country house from terracotta tiles to beamed ceilings.
