This property was well kept and clean. The beds were very comfortable and had a ton of amenities to keep our family busy… fishing from the double decker dock, kayaking, fire pit, hot tub, and ping pong we enjoyed them all. Highly recommend.

This property is stunning. My teens loved the rec room downstairs with the hot tub, the ping pong table, the tv and the fridge. All upgraded finishings. Will stay again.

We had an absolute blast during our stay. I don't think the pictures quite do the interior justice. The place exceeded our expectations. Brittany was very timely with communications and we ran into zero issues while at the property. We had 4 teenagers with us and they were constantly occupied with things to do around the property or on the lake. Don't hesitate to book this property.

We absolutely loved everything about our trip to this lakefront house! We especially liked the double decker dock which had room for the boat we rented. We appreciated the extra floating dock and lounge pad too! The property was located in a quiet cove, and was exactly as described and pictured. We would love to rent here again, hopefully next summer.

House was clean and had the perfect amount of space for all of my family and a second family. We enjoyed the dock, especially on 4th of July where we watched a beautiful fireworks show over the lake. The area was quiet and the cove is nice and private. The walk down to the dock is steep, but manageable. We cooked meals in the house, the kitchen came fully equipped. Overall it was a great stay!

The home was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Very close to town and restaurants. We rented a boat for the week and was able to keep it at the dock . The only drawbacks were the hill is very steep, especially in extreme heat. The microwave was not working. Otherwise, great place.

Perfect home for enjoying Lake Lanier! The house was great for our family-entire house is updated & well stocked, and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. The dock was the icing on the cake. We spent our days enjoying the view from the top deck of the dock, floating in the lake & fishing. At night we enjoyed the hot tub & making s’mores over the fire pit. Loved the convenience of being right in town too. This is the perfect home to relax & enjoy beautiful Lake Lanier

Very spacious, everything was brand new and it was very comfortable. Driveway a little tricky with boat, but would definitely stay again. Nice quiet little cove with a very nice dock.

Perfect place. In town for fishing tournament, located close to landing. Dock came in handy to park under during rain. The only down side was no parking for multiple boats. Would rent again. I have friends going to Lanier ext week and I’m recommending this house.

The house was definitely nice and secluded while still being so close to the amenities of Gainesville! Perfect place to get away and enjoy the stillness of the lake, even when it's too cold to take a dip!

My 1 dislike about our trip had nothing to do with the house itself but communication with the owner. I had to message for our check information when we got to the house at check in time because we had not received this information before hand. Everything about the house is just as described the hill to the water is steep our little ones coulsnt do it on thier own (not a bad thing). House was lovely kitchen was nicely stocked with all the things we needed and beds where comfortable for all. Overall once check in was over we had no issues and greatly enjoyed the house and location

We really enjoyed the stay at this home. It was extremely clean and newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the gas grill was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We visited the Botanical Gardens a few miles down the street during our stay. There is a walking trail at Laurel Park which follows the shoreline that we enjoyed each morning. The dock is great as well and would be great for the warmer months. I would recommend this property to others as it is great for families.

House was exactly as described & pictured. Very quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen w/ supplies for cooking. Our family enjoyed the dock for fishing, the hot tub & ping pong table in the basement. We had a great stay!

Everything matched the description. The trek to get to the dock was a bit steep. The dock was wonderful to play on. All kids had a great time. It was in a nice secluded area with easy access to the bay.

The boat dock was amazing!!!! Plenty of extra lake toys and yard toys for the kids to use. Only set back was the hike down and up to the boat dock taking our tubes and coolers. All and all amazing house and amazing dock on the lake.

We had a great summer vacation at this lake house . The lake house is as described a large remodeled older home . Furnishing , bedding , appliances all new and clean. What really makes this vacation home are the extras like the large basement with table tennis where many tournaments were played, the hot tub for relaxing in after hiking or kayaking ,the canoe and paddle board to explore the lake , the fire pit for toasting marshmallows and singing your favorite country songs snd the two story party dock with trampoline float and floating dock.Location is beautiful with the contrasting red/brown clay and green water of Lake Lanier. I recommend renting a pontoon boat from Port Royale or Gainesville marina you can drive it up to the house in about an hour and dock the boat.

Great property! The photos lived up to the our expectations. Property was well maintained with great amenities. The floor plan with open concept was great for our family vacation. The dock was spacious and afforded opportunities for water time with or without a boat. A surprise for us was that the sun deck was a great viewing spot for the 4th of July Fireworks. Location was great for shopping, groceries & local attractions. We would highly recommend this property to others.

We rented this home for a week and had a great, relaxing time by the lake! We have two boys who stayed entertained and busy for the whole week! They especially liked the water trampoline, paddle board, and hot tub at night. (There is only one kayak paddle- we knew this going into it feom reading reviews so we purchased a cheap one on Amazon and i am SO glad we did! There is also an Academy Sports nearby-ish if you need to buy another). The cove was so quiet- we loved paddling around and exploring the shorelines and my kids did too! There is shopping nearby (we drove a little further to Publix as the Kroger was meh) along with plenty of fast food and delivery options, if desired. We took advantage of the grill and outdoor table along with the campfire for s’mores almost every night. We took day trips to Helen, Dahlonega, Lake Lanier Islands water park, and the Gorge. The ONLY negative (and it’s not even negative, it just is what it is!) the lake is quite a steep hike down from the house. You really have to make sure you have everything you need before trekking down! Bring a smaller cooler for this! In all, we had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun family week by the lake!

What a wonderful little hideaway! The place so well equipped and perfectly located.

Upon arrival we could not fully check in. There were workers there with the doors open, bathrooms had been used by them and the place was full of mosquitos. The rental was advertised as a four bedroom three bathroom. What we actually got was 4Bedroom 2baths. The downstairs bathroom is for the family room area downstairs. This large family space was unusable due to water leaking from toilet, and the fact that anyone needing to use a bathroom would have to go up and down the steep stairs to get to a bathroom upstairs. We were told by the contractors and owner that the the contractors had to get a part to seal the bathroom and would be back. They never returned. Also, the hot tub was unusable. Contractors had heavy chairs stacked on top of it. They said the hot tub was going to be moved to an area where they had laid out a cement platform. We paid full price for the use of the rental property and we did not get the full use of the property that was advertised.

Our family stayed for 20 nights. The property was clean and as advertised. The location was great - right on the lake and a short drive from the downtown area. There's also a nice area with groceries, restaurants, etc. right down the road so it was really easy to get any supplies we needed. There was a ping-pong table downstairs, and a canoe and paddleboard down at the dock/boathouse. We would stay here again.

Really impressed with the lake house,plenty of room and plenty of things to entertain my daughter and her friends. Hopefully I get a chance to comeback here this summer!

This house was more than what I expected. The house was very spacious and well distributed. When we arrived we found a nice note from the housekeeper. We were a party of mixed ages and we all enjoyed the house very much. I have two tween boys and they loved the basement space. The bedrooms were a dream. I typically don't sleep well when I don't sleep in my bed and this was by far the best sleep I have had in a while! We weren't able to fully enjoy what the outdoor area had to offer because it was raining throughout the days we were there it was still lovely nonetheless. The house was very clean and well equipped, we couldn't have asked for anything more!

From the time we entered the house we were impressed with the open floor plan, the cleanliness of the home, and the newly remodeled bathrooms. The home fit our friends/family PERFECTLY! We loved the view of the lake and the yard was perfect for an outdoor scavenger hunt for the kids! We spent several nights roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. The one day/night we ventured out, we traveled a short (30 min) to Dahlonega- a perfect distance for a day trip! Our nights were spent cooking great meals in the well stocked kitchen, and then playing family games at the large kitchen table! We felt so tucked away in our little paradise, yet close enough for a quick run to the grocery store. The ping pong table downstairs was a huge hit with the men, and the kiddies enjoyed spending the cold nights in the hot tub. This little slice of heaven was super relaxing and perfect for the best getaway to close out 2020.

the place was completely remodeled recently. and was spic and clean as the pics represented. A wonderful pleasant surprise. It is off the beaten path and tucked away off of a side street. Sort of a hidden gem. The thermostat was broken when I arrived, and although these things happen from time to time, the owner was super attentive and sent someone right away even though it was in the middle of the evening. It was the perfect quiet that I needed for a few days.

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at this beautiful lake house. We enjoyed all the amenities and the house (and kitchen) is stocked with everything you will need. Everything about the home feels new and clean. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for my family. The kids loved the large front porch and taking walks down the path to the lake. The views are beautiful and the hot tub was a great perk. My family and I will definitely stay there again!

Very nice updated property with all the kitchen essentials, towels, kids toys, toddler bed rail. Easy check in with key code door access. Steep but short walk to a private single slip dock. The lake was clam and beautiful! Our family had a fun long weekend get away and really enjoyed our stay! We wanted to make a fire in the nice outdoor seating space but unfortunately there wasn't any wood - recommend you bring your own or pick up from nearby store.

The house is as beautiful as you see on the pictures. Just remodeled, clean and modern. We had the best time at the house and enjoyed the lake every time. We want to go back ASAP !!!
