Nice location. Close to beaches. The house has lots to offer. The pool was a perfect treat. The house looks small but it actually has alot of space. Everything was very nice overall and we really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very sweet and very accommodating and was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had! We would definitely consider rebooking this house for a future stay.

The house was very nice overall but could use a few touch up/ repairs as I'm sure any rental could. For the price that is tacked on for a cleaning fee, the house could be cleaner and better taken care of, the floors when we got there felt sticky and my bare feet were black on the bottoms just from bringing in all the luggage! And the top of the stove had something sticky on it aswell and the trashcans outside were left full and very stinky...and renters should leave the place in better condition! Sad to know that previous house guests would leave the house and it's belongings like they did! The oven had a sheet pan with dried up food still on it and it of course burnt up when we preheated the oven not knowing it was in the oven. The bottom of the over must have had drips or a spill on it because it too smoked up while preheating. And the previous guest put away the lady's dishes with burnt up bottoms of pots and pans that we had to soak overnight to get cleaned and oil was left in a large fry pan. The owners kayaks and paddles were never put back and were left near the water. And the outside grill was dirty and still had a old hotdog on it and the guest pretty much melted the screen to the in-closure around the pool by not pulling the grill out away from it, the fridge had cracked and busted door shelving that guests just threw out in the garage, and boxes from items they had bought thrown out there too, they left all the life jackets and pool toys scattered about the pool area, the bikes were left laying down not on their kick stands and some piled on each other and beach chairs and sand toys were all over their garage and their cooler was used and never cleaned out. It was disappointing how disrespectful people can really be....But despite all of the above...We still had a very nice stay, and the owner was extremely sorry for the way the house was left...

Loved the pool, several separate relaxing areas with couches, loved the little restaurant on the corner, convenient location.

We had to use the dishwasher alot because there is a small amount of forks and knives

I know it’s hard when you allow dogs in the property but I had many flea bites from the bed after one week stay. we left early also since Hurricane Ian was coming. Also they don’t provide a hair dryer so I had to go buy one.

Easy to access and contact host. Spacious for 6 adults.

Master shower liner needed to be changed & vanity needed to be caulked. Pool looked like it needed a little care.

We love how spacious it was. Enough blankets and towels! The beds where clean and comfy. The back in the pool was so relaxing. Bring your own boat! On check out date! One of the ladies for got her 150$ shoes, brand new and the owner send them back to our home in WI! ASAP Wow! I was in disbelief! Thank you again!!!!! Also they txt back right away! I will come back! 5 minutes from my favorite beach!!!!!! 15 to Anna Maria island
