Una casa piscina per famiglie dall'aspetto tropicale con palme, mango e alberi di limoni incastonati in un lussureggiante giardino privato recintato. All'interno della Villa è luminosa una colorata con una grande sala da pranzo con vista sulla piscina. Le 3 camere da letto hanno un letto king size, un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli che possono ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Abbiamo TV via cavo, WiFi e accesso gratuito alla spiaggia del parco statale per gli ospiti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, lavatrice / asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Il lanai retroilluminato ha molti lettini e comode sedie, una griglia e giochi da piscina. Siamo vicini a tutti i negozi e i ristoranti di Napoli, quindi se vuoi lasciare l'auto a casa, fai una breve passeggiata e goditi la vita notturna circostante. Se preferisci la spiaggia, una camminata veloce, un breve giro in bicicletta o l'auto ti porterà lì in pochissimo tempo. The home has all of the outdoor amenities that you could want for a vacation, everything from different sized bikes, beach toys, paddle boards, coolers, beach pass, etc., although we did not partake in any of these. The lanai opened to the beautiful screened in pool and spa with a fenced in yard, making for excellent family fun. We had family living in the area, so they did not stay with us but had a great time outside. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots and pans, etc., although it would be nice if Keurig cups (and ice packs for the coolers) would have been included. The bedrooms are nice size but two of the bathrooms are fairly small. We had three adults and a small dog staying there and the inside common area was just right for our small group. The only suggestions I have would be to include a tv in the lanai area and try to do something about the corner of the shower in the bathroom with the queen bed. My daughter stubbed her toe and ripped a nail on the corner. In summary, I would definitely rent that home again.

Pictures are accurate, homeowner/host very responsive. House was everything we hoped for. Kitchen has all the gadgets you need. The best placed we've stayed for all the kitchen items we needed. Pool, hot tub - great. Location great, we didn't do that much exploring, but house is easy to find.

Everything was as promised.Had alot rain but still got to the beach and had good times sitting around the pool. Steve was great to deal with. Would love to go back.

Backyard was beautiful,spacious with awesome landscaping. House was very accommodating for family of six. Kitchenware was well stocked even with a griddle for pancakes. Beach equipment was a nice added touch. Host(Steve)answered text messages quickly and resolved any problems we had.

Steve’s place was just what I needed! I live in South Florida and needed a getaway. It was clean, comfortable roomy, and in a great area. Walking distance to several restaurants and things to do. I definitely will be staying again.

The house was perfect with the Lanai with doors out to the pool and at night it was a great place to have game night. Location was ideal and had all the amenities needed for the beach. My family and I had a fabulous week. Thank you

The house is wonderful. Clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The pool and spa are amazing, and the fenced in yard, with it's 6ft privacy fence, was a huge bonus. We felt like we were in our own little oasis.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Steve was great with communication in regards to any questions we had! The pool was perfect for my two kids and the hot tub was such a nice plus! Love the location as well, as it’s so close to many beach options, food options and shopping.

The house and location were great. The house is close to all the beaches and the house had plenty of chairs and towels. The pool was so nice and it was great to have the spa on the few colder days. The house had everything we needed and the owner was super responsive when I had questions.

Good location (we walked/rode bikes to the beach), house was very clean and comfortable. We had some issues related to record-breaking cold weather in FL while we were there - the owner was very responsive and provided solutions as soon as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving break at the blue house. We always come to visit family. We’ve usually stay in another house that was hit by Ian and had to scramble to find a new one. This was perfect. Nice neighborhood, one mile to beach, bikes and lovely yard. We enjoyed exploring Naples. So many restaurants! The devastation from Ian was sad to see, but this house and the area held up well with the exception of a few lanai screens. Many beaches are closed post Ian, but the one closest to this was open (Bluebill), which was lovely.

We stayed here for a family vacation and the property was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It’s a very quick drive to the beach and the house provided everything you would need to have a fun day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys! Steve was very communicative and accommodating; he worked with us when we had to cancel due to covid and gave us a year to use the stay - that was extremely appreciated! 2 things I would note: there was not enough toilet paper provided for our stay for the number of people we had in our group (very very small note!) I would definitely stay again

Outstanding Blue House Cottage Memories
This stay for my family was absolutely perfect. The owners take great pride in this sweet little place. It was spotless, amenities unreal - they seriously thought of everything. Pool/spa was relaxing. Bikes a bonus! Proximity to everything from stores, to beaches, to restaurants was perfect! Thank you for an incredible time!

Perfect Location and House!
WOW! What a well-maintained, well-equipped vacation home! We traveled with 3 generations, and had a flawless experience with Steve, the host, and the property. From comfortable furniture, great pool, location, bikes, beach chairs, towels, coolers - the hosue had it all and we enjoyed thoroughly. We plan to book again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Naples!

We had a great time at The Blue House. It had everything we needed. Great location, beautifully landscaped and updated interior. Pool and spa were great, bikes, beach gear, etc. We'll be back....couldn't recommend more!

This is an awesome property! It has everything, close to the beach and a beautiful pool. The home is clean and has every amenity you can think of! Candidly, the pictures do not do this place justice! Also close to Naples downtown that has wonderful restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful spring break in Steve’s lovely home. Everything from the high quality sheets and towels to the pristine and warm pool made it the perfect place for our spring break!
