Rilassati in questa nuova casa in una fattoria di prateria da 5 miglia. A soli 20 minuti dal centro, dall'arena sportiva, dal nastro da pattinaggio e dal Riverfront Park; e entro 5-10 minuti dai servizi di vita quotidiana, servizi e intrattenimento. Five Mile Prairie si trova su un altopiano circondato da scogliere che offrono una vista spettacolare lungo i bordi della prateria. La prateria è adatta per andare in bicicletta e camminare. Goditi lo shopping, le visite turistiche e il gioco in città, poi rilassati in questa bella casa lasciando dietro di te il rumore della città.

This property is EXACTLY as described/pictured. Very cozy, clean and modern. Stocked kitchen if you want to cook meals. The hosts, Saleh and Kathy thoughtfully set out snacks, oatmeal packets and had bottles of water in the fridge which were much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this for those visiting the area.

We were impressed how clean it was and how new and well equipped also. It was tranquil neighborhood with lots of open spaces (farm like). We didn't mind some normal living sound in the above unit at all. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Spokane.

Clean, clean, clean! This home was so comfortable and in immaculate condition. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. Perfect location for an event we had at Riverside State Park. Super communication with the owners. They have done an excellent job of hosting and having this home prepared. I think this is one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in! Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We booked this apartment for a sporting event in Spokane because we didn’t want to stay in all the craziness downtown. The apartment is located about 17-20 minutes from the Convention center in a nice rural neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as presented on the listing. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The hosts had nice little touches like snacks, high quality products and furnishings throughout. The owners do live upstairs and that may be a turn off for some folks, but we only saw the owner when she greeted us upon arrival. We barely heard them walking around upstairs so we almost forgot they were there. We would definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this the comfort of this rental. Five stars across the board. The only draw back to this place is there's nowhere to wash your clothing, there's no access to washer dryer. I would definitely come back to this rental on my next visit to spokane.

This was exactly what we needed!! Quiet, clean, and exactly what the pictures show plus more! The little snacks, water and oatmeal came in handy after a long weekend at the arena for a hockey tournament. My boys loved the little park. Even with the owners grandchildren there it was super quiet and enjoyable. The best host ever!

Stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for my son and I. Very nice, clean and quiet. Host was very friendly and even left us a few treats and bottled waters. I was able to relax or work remotely when we were not out watching state basketball games. It snowed our last night and the host was SO thoughtful to shovel a path to and around my car (I’ve never had a host do that before - very impressed). Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Spokane.

My mother and I had a fabulous stay at the property in Spokane. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and very comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all our choice spots. The place is exactly as described and very well set up. We loved it? The owners are wonderful people. They stay away but are quickly there when and if you need them. A wonderful place to stay out in the countryside yet only a few minutes from the city. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Spokane area.

Couldn't be happier with our experience. Stayed here a year after moving away from Spokane. We already know and are familiar with this area and it is one of the best areas of Spokane which is why we chose it. The property did not disappoint. Super clean and cute. What a lovely home! Saleh and Kathy were wonderful hosts - friendly and available when needed, but also happy to leave us to relax. The suite was just as beautiful and spotlessly clean as pictured. It was also in a quiet neighborhood of Spokane, but was just a quick drive into the city. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

My husband and I came to Spokane for a granddaughters birthday. This guest suite is beautiful and newly remodeled. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. The inside is super clean and very comfortable. The hosts are on the property and very accommodating. We will definitely keep this one on our favorite list and stay again.

We enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful place and plan to return again. Everything is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable.
The hosts are charming and we loved the early evening when their 20 beautiful chickens grazed in the yard. Wildlife included quail, eagles, hawks and amusing prairie dogs.
It was a quiet and private location surrounded by fields and farms, but a only short drive to town.

Kathy and Saleh are wonderful hosts. Communication with Saleh was quick and easy. He have gave us excellent instructions on how to find their place and how to check in. When we arrived, we found water bottles in the fridge, oatmeal and snacks in the pantry, fig bars in the kitchen. It was very thoughtful of them to leave us these items as we had not had a chance to go the grocery store. The unit is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The unit is exactly the same as the pictures. I highly recommend their place. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here while visiting college aged children in school. It works out well and we enjoy seeing the progress made on the developing farm.

We were more than happy with our stay. The property is very clean with updated decor and all the amenities you need. They supplied coffee and snacks and had great communication during our stay. Our 2 year old daughter felt right at home and loved playing on the outdoor play set. Highly recommend- 5+ rating

This place is amazing. Very clean and modern all around. It was perfect and comfortable for my wife and two kiddos. Love the farmland. Very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the adjacent pasture and tons of stars at night. This is an excellent get-a-way and is minutes from everything. It has a gated driveway and was secure. Saleh and Kathy were great hosts and answered any questions we had and assisted in anything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. The unit was well stocked with supplies. We will be staying here anytime we come to spokane moving forward. This place books out fast so plan ahead.

Short Stay
We were in the area to visit my Dad and booked this place for a short stay. This place worked out perfect. It is beautiful and looks exactly as the pictures show. The owners thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable and relaxing one and were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be booking this place again on our future visits to the area!

Comfortable and quiet
Beautiful property, inside and out. Great central location to Spokane and Deer Park, where we had business. Hosts Saleh and Kathy were wonderful. Amenities were excellent. Would recommend and would stay there again next time we are in the Spokane area.

This was just the type of place we were looking for! With all the comforts of home and a quiet place to relax at the end of the day, we couldn’t be happier. Bridal shower celebration
My sister and I came to Spokane to celebrate her future DIL at her bridal shower. This property was perfect for our needs. Not only was it the perfect location for us, but it is close to great restaurants, walking paths etc….
To top it off this property is beautiful! So we’ll done on the inside and every possible need thought about.

New, clean and comfortable. Great Northside location.
I was glad I checked in during the daytime as the driveway can be hard to find at night, if you haven’t been there before. But all in all it was a very enjoyable stay in a new, clean and comfortable home.

Great trip!
Our favorite place to stay in Spokane. Excellent Host, excellent property, easy access to all parts of Spokane, yet away from hustle and bustle to enjoy the peaceful, relaxing prairie. The house is super clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the supplies needed if you like to cook and stay in.

Great location and wonder stay attached to a house
Although this is a basement of a house it was just the most amazing stay. If we need to be there before our daughter graduates from Whitworth we will definitely stay again! Lovely accommodations. Thanks

Nice Place
This was our 3rd stay at the farmhouse. It’s serves as a great home base to go out on visits to see folks and events at GU or other places in Spokane. We enjoy walking around the adjacent neighborhoods as well. Saleh & Kathy are great hosts and the unit is always in good shape when we arrive.

Wonderful weekend stay
This was the perfect location in Spokane for visiting our Whitworth student. The property was exactly as advertised. It was spotless and very comfortable for a weekend trip. Beautiful setting!
