Room smelled bad

Very small rooms with zero privacy, we could hear everyone on the rooms around (making calls, tvs, even the shower) so we realized they could hear us too, the bed was very squeaky.

The bed sheets were smelly and the breakfast loveless, no outside sound isolation

The WiFi and the location. It is close to Parque de la Vida and many good restaurants and cafés. It is also walking distance to the downtown area.

The pictures on Booking do not really resemble the reality of the rooms. Once you arrive, you realize the rooms are quite outdated. The cleaning could be improved as well, for a 3 night stay they did not change the towels at all. Also the TV didn't work very well, the images were very pixelated on almost all channels. The breakfast is also quite mediocre compared to other hotels in this price range. Lastly, the details on booking state that all major credit cards are accepted. However, once you arrive, only cash or QR code payments with Bancolombia are accepted, which is inconvenient for tourists expecting to be able to pay with credit card.
