Hello! We stayed here to celebrate my sister's bachelorette party in downtown Grand Haven. What a perfect weekend! I was a bit worried having not been to Grand Haven in some time, so I very much relied on the description of the listing to make sure it was a good fit. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and close to everything! It truly was a night on the town. Thank you so much for the accommodations! Everything was well thought out.

Perfect house for a family of 5. Property manager communicated well. The house was well stocked and clean. Great location walkable to downtown.

Our family (2 couples, 2 toddlers, 2 dogs) enjoyed our stay! Place was exactly as described. Fenced yard with fire pit was wonderful. House is extremely well stocked with everything you need.

We have so many positives to say about this home. It was perfect size, very clean and comfortable, easy to access, plenty of supplies available for use (including beach supplies/chairs/toys), a 5 minute walk to downtown, clear instructions, fully fenced in lot which was perfect for our dogs, with a nice backyard with firepit and plenty of seating. It was really a great spot and the cleanliness and supplies made it a home away from home. It was exactly as listed and explained and we had a great time.

This is our 3rd year we have stayed here and it doesn't disappoint. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our dog. The house is well appointed with a tons of amenities. Beds are super comfortable and everything is very clean. Big fenced in back yard with fire pit for lovely evenings. And it is only a few blocks from town so super convenient. Will definitely be returning!

Nice property in a convenient location. All downtown areas were walking distance. Property was great, especially the backyard with fence.

This is a great house and location! The fenced in backyard was so nice and great for sitting around a bonfire.

The house was very clean, the towels and linens were very nice. The owners went to great lengths to add all of the things one might need while staying in this house, and while visiting the beach. The kitchen had literally everything I needed to cook with, but we chose to mostly eat out. Close to all the good shops and many great restaurants! We walked to the farmers market, just a few blocks away, and to the trolley stop that took us to the city beach. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in yard and took walks each day on nearby trails and paved paths. We had a fire in the back yard fire pit, which everyone enjoyed. There was plenty of wood. All the appliances were newer, and in great shape. There were extra fans in the closets, but the house was nice and cool for a hot summer. We especially appreciated all the beach towels, made it easy for us to pack light.

A couple blocks from downtown. Walked to dinner/breakfast almost every day. Nice clean house. Great backyard. Nice fire pit although we didn’t use it. Nice touches by the owner all around the house…like wireless chargers on our nightstands, coffee - k-cups and drip, etc…just little things that made everything more comfortable and convenient. We will be booking for next year. Only negative was the stairway was a little narrow when carrying suitcases upstairs. And the stairs were slippery for our little dogs…we had to carry them up and down the stairs! But it was fine, the house was really nice.

We had our annual girls weekend here and it could not have been better. The house was perfect for us.

This place is well equipped and the property manager is quick to answer questions.

We were in town for Soccer in the Sand, it was great location, easy check in, the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be back!!!!

We and our dog really enjoyed the home. I wrote “home” because it has everything and is so clean and comfortable. Nice neighbor and neighborhood with contactless check in. The deck, grill and yard were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for a couple meals. Dishwasher, stove and fridge we high end. We hope to be back. Melinda was lightning quick to answer a couple questions. She’s the best.

House comes as advertised. Close to everything Grand Haven. We enjoyed the fenced backyard and deck with our dogs.

Us and our grown kids with their significant others stayed here for a long weekend. Melinda was the best with communication! The VRBO app wasn’t working so well and couldn’t access the info. Had to call her and she answered right away and helped us get in to the house. The house is beautiful and was located at a perfect location for us! We had a great weekend with family and will for sure rent again! Thank you for everything Melinda!

Perfect for a family vacation. Short walk to the lake and the downtown social district. Very nice backyard Only caveat the staircase to the second floor is steep. Would not be a good house for a person with limited mobility because all bedrooms are on the second floor

The house offered everything you could possibly imagine for a vacation, the owner supplied everything from all cooking items you could ever want, to beach towels, chairs, floaties, etc. The owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Fabulous time was had by all!

Totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Found it be just as advertised! Loved the backyard with the deck and seating for 8 at the table. The dog loved the fenced yard too. Well stocked shed with tons of beach and yard items! The house had many nice touches and appreciate that there was no shortage of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, soap, etc. loved the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Great stay! We’ll be back!!

We were pretty excited about this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint! We came to Grand Haven for our annual friends weekend; there was four adults and four kids. The size was perfect. The house was perfect. The location was perfect. Absolutely everything you need has been thought of and made available to you by owner! It made for an awesome trip and we intend on returning if available in a few years! We are very lucky to have found this place.

Clean, fully equipped, and enjoyable. There are so many little extras such as chargers, games, cooking materials, and beach equipment. Families or groups of adults will love the proximity to town. Super Clean!

Outstanding accommodations! Very neat and clean and a great location!! We had a bachelorette party there and it could not have been a more perfect set up for all of us! I appreciate the owner being so thoughtful and caring to her guests and her home!! 5 star for sure!

Everything went smoothly at this property. Homeowner is quick to respond and house has little extras that are truly appreciated. Perfect location and the backyard was wonderful. We will be renting here again!
