Spacious lakefront home with dock - perfect for a group getaway
Situata all'estremità nord del lago Travis a Hatter Cove, questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni è il posto giusto per il tuo prossimo viaggio al lago. Con due ponti che offrono una fantastica vista sul lago di Travis e un grande bacino galleggiante personale a vostra disposizione, questa casa offre tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno per una pausa dall'ordinario.
SULLA CASA
Questa casa a due piani può ospitare comodamente 10 persone in quattro camere. Il master poggia al secondo piano e dispone di un ampio letto king size con patio coperto collegato. Al secondo piano si trova anche una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e una camera con due letti a castello (twin top, fondo pieno), che è perfetto per i kiddos, nonché un bagno completamente rinnovato.
Una camera da letto luminosa e luminosa con letto matrimoniale si trova al primo piano, con accesso al patio inferiore il secondo bagno completamente ristrutturato.
La zona giorno offre uno spazio confortevole e rilassato con una TV a schermo piatto e un divano componibile in pelle.
La cucina ristrutturata è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto in casa o avventurarsi in Downtown per trovare del cibo straordinario. Ci sono anche alcuni ottimi ristoranti locali a pochi minuti lungo la strada a Lago Vista.
Il clou della casa è il grande molo privato con due scivoli vuoti, a pochi passi dalla collina. Che tu ti stia divertendo sulla ninfea o su due kayak a tua disposizione, ti piaccia un po 'di pesca o semplicemente ti rilassi sull'altalena, trascorrerai facilmente ore di divertimento in acqua.

My family and I went out to the lake house for a long weekend, most of us being from CT and having no idea about Lake Travis. The trip was intended to celebrate my brother's 30th birthday, and we had a blast! We realized, while there, it was the first time in 11 years that all 4 siblings and parents were on the same vacation!!! Justin & Erin are the most exceptional hosts, so attentive, and their home is just wonderful. Equipped with anything and everything we needed for a fun weekend together. We will definitely come back to Lake Travis, and hopefully stay here, in the future! Thank you!

Amazing family vacation!!

The property was nice for the most, the beds on the other hand were not! As a pregnant woman who already struggles with sleep comfort, this did not help. The TV entertainment selection was nice!
The house had everything you could possibly need from dishes to lake activities, they had it available for you. I appreciated that about the property. The lake was nice to look at since it was too cold to for a swim. The host is pretty good at responding to questions in a timely manner for the most part. Overall the property was nice and I would recommend it for families.

We have enjoyed two stays at this property ( Sep 2020 and May 2021). The home and dock are terrific!!! We were able to put our wakeboard boat inside the boat slip which was a relief with all the rain. The house is decorated nicely and well stocked. It is a great size for a large family or two families. We celebrated a college graduation with friends and family and had plenty of room to socialize and enjoy the dock. It is conveniently located to several boat ramps and grocery stores. The home owners are very responsive and answer questions quickly. We will definitely return!!!!

Best Dock on Lake Travis
We have enjoyed two stays at this property ( Sep 2020 and May 2021). The home and dock are terrific!!! 4th of July celebration
We had fun at the lake. The water was so pretty and clear. The house and porches were enjoyable. The hike to the boat dock was lots of exercise for sure!!

Experience
The property is beautiful , my family & friends loved our stay. We were super comfortable and happy with everything that was provided such as kayaks , Lily pad, a tiny boat , fire area was a plus to Make s’mores. I’ll definitely stay here again.

North shore property
This was a very lovely house. The kids loved the kayaks and the lily pad. The upstairs porch was a very nice respite during the rain. Wish we could have enjoyed the full booked trip- will have to return when the world settles back down.

Great location!! Great memories..
We stayed on the property over Spring Break week and we loved every minute. The first day we were there we realized how much we were going to love it and tried to extend our stay by a couple of days but, was already booked :( any way our week was wonderful even though the water was cold. The kids were still able to jump in-and-out of the water.Tthe kayaks that are available to use and the floating Lilly pad were a lot of fun for all. the property is located in one too the lake inlets which provided us with privacy while giving us access to the lake and a great view. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you for your hospitality.

Short Weekend getaway
Amazed with the vacation house with its simple and yet lovely decorations. We enjoyed using the kayak boats and tried fishing (catch and release ). Justin, the property owner was quick to respond to our inquiries . We highly recommend this place.
