Location was good
Elevators always breaking down, smoking everywhere even though it’s supposed to be non smoking property, pool closing at 7:30-8:00 way before dark, washing machine locked our clothes in for over 24 hours before someone came out to get them free! I could go on but those are the highlights

The staff and pool was closed everyday at 7:30 when we was told it was going to be fixed in a day or 2

Real estate agent barged in unannounced without knocking to see if a couch was moved then guy woke us up from nap to move couch. This should have been done before we checked in!

This place is fantastic, it's my first time staying here. My fiance and I were very happy with our stay and didn't want to leave lol.

The property had a nice ocean view and plenty of amenities. It has 2 large pools and 2 hot tubs.
The room description was not true and the room was not cleaned. There were a pan of biscuits left in the oven from the previous ppl so the kitchen stove was never touched. I don’t like the late check in and not being able to use the pool or beach access until your room is ready with no early check in and there is no late check out option. You can’t check in until 4pm and have to be out at 10am.

The location and the view of the ocean also my kids love the TV , there were many options to watch.
There was only one remote for the two TVs . There was some hair in the spoon’s drawer.

Bedroom was 15° hotter than the rest of the condo. Elevators were either too crammed or not working at all the entire stay.

Clean & organized! well put together
no hair dryer… I’ve never stayed somewhere and didn’t have an hair dryer :/ also noisy at night even though quiet hours are posted and very noisy elevator shaft we could hear it all night!

Condo was dirty, washer/drier broke, refrigerator hardly stayed cold. had to go out and buy coolers to keep food in

I booked a private room. It was amazing! our room was clean, it had a nice view.
not enough towels. It took them 1 whole day for them to bring towels. we had to go to Walmart and buy some. oh and there isn’t quite hours.. lol
also in the description it has washer and dryer but this room didn’t have it..

A great place to bring the family.
The pictures definitely look better of the room than it actually did. But overall all it wasn't bad. The elevators were hot and fans didn't work. And they were so slow and at least 1-2 were always down.

it was beach front and clean
I had to buy my own tissue ,soaps and towels. I got towels in the middle of the night the last night I was there and there was no way to clean messes like brooms or anything and i had kids with me so what ever messes were just there. the outlet the tv was plugged into didn’t work at all. the door that slides had a nail loose which eventually fell out and my infant got to it. smh

hardly any pans to cook with. unit was old looking. sofa bad was bad needs replaced. drier took forever to dry clothes
