The owner is living on the first floor and the rented appartment is on the second floor. The appartment is big and has a great view with a great shady balcony. The owners have been very welcoming. The day we arrived, we got a selfmade cake, the other day some self made finger food and as a present some olive oil. I definitely can recommend this appartment.

spacious accommodation, clean, comfortable furniture, large terrace with dining table and chairs and sea view, clothes dryer - dries very quickly, fully equipped kitchen, safe neighborhood, easy parking, 1 minute to the beach, 5 minutes walk to restaurants ( maybe 10 different restaurants next to each other) right on the coast, sandy beach 6 minutes walk ... Owners very helpful, we had a very nice reception. The accommodation has a great location in Crete - 5 minutes drive to the entrance to Balos (when we went in the morning, I was almost alone on Balos beach - there were only 5 people in the whole bay! - the afternoon was crowded). You can also drive to Chania in 30 minutes, and a 50-minute drive to Samaria ... Highly recommended, next time we will definitely choose the same accommodation.

Kissamos is a small town - sometimes dogs barked at night (but it wasn't terrible). In a well-equipped kitchen, only a smaller pot is missing - there are many larger ones, but one small one would be useful (but it can also be cooked in a larger one).

Very kind and warm hosts. The apartement is spacious, clean. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nice seaview from the teracce, shady teracce is excellent for enjoying your vacation. Beach is 2-3 min walk, with sunbeds and umbrellas, if you don't like stones, you should take swimming shoes. But there is sandy spots, nice coastline. Small promenade nearby with local food restaurants

The conditioner is only in living room, bedrooms are equiped with electric fans. In August may not be enough
