This house is beautiful and very accurately advertised! Very clean and more than enough space for our group of 15 girls.
As of May 2024 there is construction of a new home happening directly next to the backyard - and that work did wake us up early on the week day and was not ideal to be in the pool with workmen right on the other side of the short fence. Be sure to communicate with the property management on this if it is going to bother you.

Gilligan’s Island was simply the Best rental home we’ve rented on 30A. It fit out large family vacation needs to a tee! Main home was spacious and well appointed! Beds were some of the Most Comfortable experienced! Property was Super clean and well maintained. Carriage house was a plus for our older kids and those who needed to have a quieter area to work! Just lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! The pool was exceptional and the pool heater did the job every day... keeping the pool temp at 89...family of all ages took advantage of this amenity. Corn hole set up was very nice and lots of fun. This is just an Outstanding rental property very close to Inlet beach and walking distance to Rosemary! 30A Luxury Vacation is a really well run, customer focused property management company!!! Can’t say enough good things about their responsive to any issues! We have rented via this company for a number of years and have been consistently outstanding both with the quality and value of their properties as well as their professionalism and responsiveness to any issue! This is was just an Outstanding Family December vacation...thanks to Gilligan’s Island and 30A Luxury Vacations! We will Return!

We had an amazing vacation staying at Gilligan's Island! We had six families, 12 adults and 13 kids (5 and under)! We never felt to crowded and had plenty of space. The pool was amazing and the location to the beach and town were great. When we had an issue with a smoke alarm needing a battery change and ants in the grass, the company quickly came to assist us. We are hoping to come back again next year!

All 29 of our family members showed up at Gilligan's Island with high hopes of a relaxing week (as relaxing as possible with 17 children of all ages!) It's a really nice property and had all the amenities as listed. We were missing some towels but the property manager brought them as soon as we called.
The positives were actually many!
The pool is nice and we liked how wide it was. We loved the cornhole set and the shady porch.
The bikes were a big hit and made it really easy to ride into Rosemary.
The beach was really nice and not too crowded.
(The walk to the beach is fairly quick but there's no shade and the traffic can be pretty steady so be careful!)
But we had our problems unfortunately...
The gas oven in the main house began leaking gas. We called the property manager and someone came to look. It required a repair that wasn't done while we were there. So, no oven or we had to go the carriage house and use that one.
The third day, we noticed the pool was looking dirty and murky. Someone came out who discovered that the pump wasn't functioning properly. We're pretty sure it had something to do with 4 ear aches among the kids - one ended up in a walk in clinic with a full blown ear infection. The others we treated with ear drops.
The wifi was hit or miss.
The power went out in the carriage house and set off the alarm at 3 a.m. It was a major repair...the electric wires had been installed improperly and we shudder to think the outdoor shower was close!

Where do I begin?? It was an amazing house and trip. We had 28 people (16 adults, 12 teens) and had PLENTY of room. The six master suites are spacious and perfect for the 6 couples. Four people stayed in the carriage house and the bunk beds on the third floor gave plenty of room for all of the teens. The kitchen area was huge and nice when we all mingled down for breakfast. The beach is a very short walk and you can go back and forth to the house with ease to replenish refreshments. :-)The layout of the house is perfect. We used the bikes each day and ordered more from a local company. We did have the pool heated since it was March. The rental company was quick to respond for any questions or small issues. It was a PERFECT trip. Definitely will book this house again!! LOVED IT!!

Perfect space for our group! We enjoyed coffee and talking in the morning in the family room. The dining area was excellent and allowed the moms at one table and the kids at the other. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. And, we really did cook ALOT during the week including 4 full dinners for everyone and an array of breakfast needs. The bedrooms were beautiful- designed perfectly with large groups in mind with plenty of space for even a small family to stay in one bedroom. The third floor was AMAZING! The best space for teens/young adults to all be together- play games, hang out, get ready and the mess it out of site.
We used the Carriage House as well. Loved having this space when we needed a quiet moment for a movie, work meeting, zoom conference and of course- we needed more bedrooms for our group, so this was perfect. We went to the beach every day. The walk is just a few minutes and our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up every day for us. We used the pool every day too. I recommend getting the heat for full enjoyment of the pool. We used all 6 bikes every single day. And, took a morning bide all the way to Watercolor one day. The biking 30A is easy, fun and beautiful. Lots to do along the way, plenty of shops and restaurants. Walking to Rosemary Beach downtown is super fast and easy too. We did that every day and one night we all walked to Rosemary for ice cream. The kids biked or walked for coffee, breakfast stuff and donuts nearby every day. The location is PERFECT!!! Whether you relax the whole day or stay on the go- you’ll love this beach house. Enjoy!!! ���� ��

The neighbor property was despicable!!!
Health department should be aware of that property …our home was lovely but the close proximity to the neighbor certainly detracts from the setting.
Kitchen was well stocked with exception that some cooking sheets and fry pans certainly need to be replaced!!! Toaster could be cleaned or replaced. Nice to have two refrigerators and two washer and dryers ….third floor dryer not working well!
The pool is a real plus, the size was great, not often one that large at rental.
Had several live red roaches in the home .. needs to be exterminated !
We all had a great time …plenty of room and bedrooms. …could have more seating in great room…for a home that sleeps that many the main living room does not offer much seating. We only had to call for service once and it was answered very quickly and both service people were friendly and efficient!!!We had a great family vacation but would not rent this particular home again mainly due to the neighbor. For the price of the home we expected a nicer area.

Great house for our family of 17 vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and kids loved “arcade” room. House, pool, grounds perfect. Very clean; very responsive management company. Easy walk to beach; 3 minute bike ride to heart of Rosemary. Plan to rent again.

Awesome time for 10 senior girls and 8 moms. Lots of room. Like new. Beautiful, nice size pool. Carriage house. Girls all fit on top floor. Short walk to the beach access. Would definitely recommend.

We love to cook and had all the things we needed!Management was incredibly responsive and helpful and addressed any needs albeit small- immediately. We had three generations of our family stay at the house. Old to the youngest thoroughly enjoyed all the accommodations. The kitchen and dining tables were everyone’s favorite. The beds were also on everyone’s favorite. Would recommend the house highly. Especially liked the location! The staff was “Johnny on the spot” for any issues.
