Godetevi questo bellissimo condominio recentemente ristrutturato. La vacanza perfetta! Un primo piano due camere da letto, due bagni a casa, lontano da casa decorata con un design moderno e caratteristiche, piscina e palestra. Ha una cucina completamente attrezzata per rendere i tuoi pasti preferiti lontano da casa un gioco da ragazzi!

This property is in a great location. Very close to all the golf courses, Walmart, food stores and casinos.

Property was just as described. Good location for our visit to the area to play golf. Very clean and well appointed —one of the few VRBO’s I’ve stayed at over the years that actually has cutting boards! Much appreciated!! We didn’t use community pool/hot tub, so no feed back there… but we would definitely stay here again in the future if in the area.
Would note: Location/Access directions would benefit from spelling out the building number. We figured it out, but it took a few minutes and some sleuthing.

What’s NOT to like about this condo!! It’s comfortable, quiet, spacious, peaceful…. we received a beautiful nights rest in the best beds!! We are so very pleased with our stay at Modern Condos!! Thank You so much!!!

This was a perfect location for golfing in Mesquite. The property is quiet yet right in the middle of everything.

Liked our stay. Nice town. . The only issue is the shower of master bedroom. The shower head was leaking and spraying all over the bathroom. Should be an easy fix for owner.

This was such a great place to stay for our little family. It was super clean, roomie, and had everything we needed. It was a great homebase location for all that we did while staying in Mesquite! We would definitely stay there again!

With so many units being all together in a small area, I was expecting some amount of noise and disturbance, but we didn’t experience this at all. The beds were very comfy and we slept well. Will definitely come back here when visiting this area.

Again, this property was perfect! This was my second stay at this property. The entire booking process was very easy which I appreciate. The place is comfortable, clean and perfect for my needs. Owner was reached quickly when key pad wouldn't allow us to lock the condo upon leaving, he advised of a spare key on the property, owner was very kind, gave me his cell number to call if any further concerns.

We wanted to see if we would like an extended stay in Mesquite.. This rental had nice furnishings, comfortable beds, well stocked linens and kitchen. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions. We’d rebook.

Roger was an amazing host. Extremely responsive and went above & beyond to help with a shipping issue we had during our stay. The condo is very comfortable - great beds, living room furniture, etc. and is decorated very cute.

So disappointed in our stay. With the price and outside appearance of the property I had high hopes for a nice, comfortable stay. The inside of the property did not at all match the nice exterior. Our room had spots on the walls that had been repaired, but not painted. The pool area was dirty and both the hot tub and pool were missing
