Overall the property is stocked well and clean. We love the location. It is close to the lake, shopping, bike riding and walking paths. We will be back again in the near future.

Dillon was a great location for being central to ski areas. This condo was in a great location in Dillon. The bike path was a highlight right out the back door. There were shops, and restaurants close by. Loved the wood burning fireplace in the unit. The condo was comfortable and the views from the back sun porch were awesome!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We skiied at Loveland (which is a perfect place to go if you have kids that are beginners) and it was only about 15 mins away. We rented gear 2 minutes away at Christy’s Sports. The covered parking is so nice as is being ground level. Our kids loved being able to walk right out the patio door to go explore around the lake. I highly recommend Blue Bird Market and Crepes ala Carte inside there.
Also, there are shopping carts in the covered parking areas that made it so easy to cart all of our luggage and things to and from the car. Just a nice perk that saved us a lot of time making multiple trips.

This property does not disappoint, you will have everything you need. There were so many little extras that were so helpful. From provided small fans for each room to a luggage rack to help with unpacking to binoculars available to use. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back.

This property was great! It was just as advertised. The location is great; we skied at Copper and A Basin and enjoyed the Dillon area. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals in. The three seasons room overlooking the lake was a great place to sit / read and enjoy the lake. The dining area / living room was very comfortable and large enough for eating / family games and conversation for seven adults. Would definitely stay here again.

We're repeat renters in this condo for the last 5 years and continue to love the views and green space the condo offers! Our kids love the bunk bed room and sunroom. We also love being able to leave the front windows open and it gets great air circulation through the property. Property Management is very responsive. Look forward to coming back for years to come!

This worked perfect for our quick trip to the mountains. Close to everything, grocery store, restaurants, the Dillon Marina (we rented a pontoon boat during our stay). The bunk beds are a little creaky, but otherwise the place was very comfortable. We didn't even make it to the pool. The view from the living room is amazing, probably one of the best in the area! We definitely hope to make it back again soon!

Great location and accommodations for all of us. Very spacious, plenty of sleeping room and central to everything we were planning to do in Loveland (skiing) and Breckenridge. The host was quickly responsive to questions we had with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
And the GORGEOUS views out the windows and their sitting room/porch. When we come back this will be on our list to use again!

We had a great stay in Dillon, with a beautiful view of the lake. This is property is close to everything you need in town, and still an easy drive to Breck, Vail, and Keystone!
The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and spices, making it easy to cook meals for the week.

This is a great location - walk out onto a green space, bordered by the bike path and Lake Dillon. The condo is very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and quiet. Nice to have a grill available to use right outside the enclosed patio. Would love to have an earlier check in time and later check out time, but otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay!

Great location: walk out to the lake and walking/bicycle path, plus walk to downtown and the farmers' market. Excellent communication w/owner who was quick to respond to any questions or problems. Unit was well stocked in the kitchen and had oodles of toys/games for kids and adults.. Highly recommend.

The "sunroom" was a great place to securely store our bikes and then quickly access the bike path just outside. We have stayed in many condos in the Dillon/Silverthorne area, and this one was definitely our favorite.

The only negative is the fact that the hot water did not last long. Two people showered at the same time and the water went cold after a few minutes. Also super bummed that the hot tub was closed but can't blame the host for that - it was closed by the building due to COVID. Overall, I definitely recommend this condo for a mountain getaway!
