The check in was easy and the caravan was ready for use, ahead of time. Caravan was clean and well equipped with all kitchen essentials and bedding was supplied. Handy for the beach, either a walk or short drive.

Parking was a little difficult at times, as the caravans and chalets do not have designated spots.

The caravan was amazing value for money and very comfy, clean and in a great location.

Location was fabulous. Caravan was roomy for my friend and I. Plenty of storage and very clean. Reception staff were great.

Being picky the pillows could do with a change as very flat. Instructions for boiler and cooker would be useful. We had to contact reception as the radiators were on full and couldn’t work out how to get gas to cooker.

very close to the sea and lots of places to go within walking distance. Great restaurant at the bottom of the drive.

it was very tired and the kitchen equipment was poor. the bed was not the most comfortable and small, only 4foot.

S Location was perfect all clean n tidy slept well staff were polite didn't use any of facilities as was only there for a short time n I know the area as I lived there for 20 years

Accommodation was lovley , got a bargin as a late deal ! Can't complain .. had a wonderful weekend ☺

The caravan park was quiet and well located. The friendly welcome at reception was nice, the communication before arrival was good as I'd asked for extra bed linen for the sofa bed.

The caravan itself was OK, quite an old caravan with a distinct damp caravan smell. Some of the windows didn't fully seal so it was quite cold at night. The shower wasn't great, it was extremely hot and hit and miss with water pressure. The beds were not comfy, the mattress were all very springy, managed to sleep but not comfortabley. Parking our car near our caravan was difficult and the road between the caravan and the bungalows was very narrow making it hard for a family with young children and all the stuff.

Location - absolutely lovely. Easy walk to town. Great surfing and good surf shop there for rentals, good places to eat, cliff walks on your door step, rock pools below, beach walks to the estuary, nearby Appledore was lovely too.

Need to provide cleaning equipment as there was nothing: cloths , dustpan and brush , bin bags. Toilet seat was stained and so didnt look clean. Sofas were very stained and tired but clean. Kitchen was very clean Wasnt clear if towels and soap would be provided and they werent.

Everything, as we got upgraded to a Villa 😊 for the same price .
