The rooms were larger. All the rurnituremwas in excellent contition. There was an outdoor area under a paylapa with tables and chairs that was a good location to work or relax. There are two dive shop within a block. Carlos the owner is exceptional. He is very detail orientated making sure your stay is perfect.

The property was just one block in from the Main Street/waterfront and only a few blocks from the main square—so easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a continental breakfast available which was nice the have. The owner, Carlos, was there to answer every question we had, and help with suggestions for meals and activities—very responsive

Bed was a little firm for us and we would prefer TV in living area instead of bedroom, but we weren’t there to watch TV all week so it wasn’t missed much.

Quinta Suites is a home away from home. Carlos, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, and took the time to show us around the place and even how to use the TV (which includes Netflix and 1000’s of movies if you fancy a night in). He even shared his wonderful freshly made (and caught) homemade ceviche with us! It really made us feel at home. We used the pool area every evening and also played cards on the lovely deck. it was like having a private villa. The rooms are incredibly large, spacious and comfortable and the air con and WiFi works really well (really hard to find in Mexico!). And all for an honest price. I honestly couldn’t rate this place highly enough - 10

this was by far the best apartment/hotel we've had in Mexico; location was good (quiet, safe, close to good restaurants, ferry etc), appartement super nice, free water throughout the stay, extremely friendly owner, pretty terraces..

Exactly what we wanted, safe, clean, close to the ocean and square. Carlos, the owner, went the extra distance to make sure we were happy and comfortable and well informed.

Our Quinta Suites stay for 10 days in Mar 2022 was simply perfect in all aspects. Out host Carlos was exceptionally gracious and attentive to any of our needs...and always laughed at my jokes. Our housekeeper Julia was always smiling, efficient and unobtrusive. You will not be disappointed should you decide to stay here. 10/10

Staff, owner, location, price all exceptional

The location of the property and the owner Carlos with his team is perfect! We slept very well and had everything we needed in the apartment. Drinking water, a full equipped kitchen, AC, fans, and Amazon Fire TV.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Loved the pool and rooftop exercise space. Especially loved that entry to the property was controlled felt extra safe!

it’s close to city center(ferry station). The room is very tidy and clean, even behind the sofa. There’s water dispenser in the kitchen which you can drink. Carlos, the host, gave us all the information we need for the stay and he was very helpful. The front door is locked all the time and there’s surveillance camera, which made our stay feel very safe. we have been to several apartment and hotels in Mexico so far, this one is the only one till now that has proper shower, proper water pressure, functional fan, fridge, water tap, TV, and AC. Nothing is broken, amazing.

The rooms are spacious with the kitchen and living area! The owner is super friendly and makes you feel super welcome from the first moment we arrived! Also the location is perfect, close to multiple nice restaurants and in the center. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Carlos was a fantastic host, always on site to make sure everything went smoothly. The room was perfect, no problems or complaints from me. Location is in a quiet area, but close to everything you need. I will be back!
