La dependance è una deliziosa area soggiorno a tema spiaggia con ampia camera matrimoniale al piano superiore e spazio abitativo al piano inferiore più piccolo con 2 letti singoli aggiuntivi più angolo cottura e bagno con doccia / WC separato. Sei indipendente con la tua porta d'ingresso separata e il parcheggio fuori strada. CANI OK su richiesta! Forniamo un forno a microonde (e un piano cottura a 2 fuochi se necessario).
Siamo vicini a Southend Barns, alle spiagge di West Wittering e East Head, Goodwood, Bosham e Chichester. Spazio per tavole da surf, kite surf, biciclette in garage su richiesta.
La dependance è ideale per 1 o 2 adulti (che dormono nella camera da letto con letto matrimoniale al piano superiore) o per adulti con un massimo di 2 bambini (che dormono in letti singoli al piano inferiore). Se 2 coppie prenotano e la seconda coppia desidera utilizzare i letti singoli al piano inferiore, va bene anche se il bagno è accessibile solo attraverso la zona giorno al piano inferiore dove si trovano i letti singoli. (L'allegato è piuttosto piccolo per 4 adulti.) Quando non in uso, il 2 ° letto singolo scorre sotto il primo per formare un divano letto / giorno. Nell'angolo cottura sono presenti un lavandino, un mini frigorifero e un forno a microonde. Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.

A lovely compact place to stay with lots of things to in the area . A few miles from the witterings beaches . Lovely spacious bedroom . Nice touches with shampoo and a selection of cereals and nice coffee . Recommended

Lovely small annex to house. It gave us everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for local sights. Footpath to the canal at the side of the property. On quite a busy road, but the house is set back, so very peaceful. Loved the seaside themed decor, all very nicely done and very clean. On arrival Julie gave us all the info on the annex and location, which gave us a good start. Communication with Julie on website and text was always very prompt. We would definitely return.

The unit was fine for 2 people as stated. It served our purpose as we did not plan to do much cooking. It was conveniently situated for visiting the area.

My daughter and I had a great time. The hosts could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The annexe is exactly as advertised. The dog walks were perfect.

This place was a great stop in a convenient location for 3 adults. It was clean, quiet and cozy, with key box checkin/out. The host was very prompt and responsive. Pros were an efficiency kitchenette and parking, cons were a very compact bathroom and no real lounge area. About 1.5h to Heathrow Airport during commuting traffic. Thanks Julie!

Very cute and comfortable space. Julie was there to greet us and show us around, pointing out the quirky things we needed to know. She also suggested places to visit and for meals. Because no one was booked in right after us, Julie extended our check-out time,which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Annexe.

Superb location for Goodwood Races, Chichester and the coast. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very nice to have tea, coffee milk and breakfast items supplied by our hosts. Would definately stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The property is really convenient for the South Coast and for day trips to places like Petworth. The property is clean and is well equipped. We would stay there again.

A beautiful spot to spend a few days exploring the local area. Ideal for a small family who want to get out and about, knowing they have a comfortable place to stay at the end of a weary day. Fantastic welcoming helpful hosts, and having the basics provided (breakfast - especially a pint of milk, tea and coffee; cleaning products etc) makes arriving and settling in so much easier. Would highly recommend The Annexe

Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and homey, semi rural setting close to walks and nature and good proximity to other tourist destinations, ample parking . A very relaxing week.

Lovely base for our walking weekend, met by Julie who showed us around and was really helpful. Fantastic location close to The Spotted Cow for dinner and a short walk to the Chichester canal. Can thoroughly recommend The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay for lunch after a stunning walk. Would stay here again. Many thanks Julie

Very clean and tidy with added extras of breakfast products and a reasonably well-equipped mini kitchen. Comfy bed and all linen supplied. The stairs are steep, so beware if you have any mobility problems. Hosts are very amicable.

This old grain store has been converted beautifully to accommodate holiday guests. Clean, bright and with a seaside vibe, it offers all that you would need and the host Julie was veey welcoming.

Lovely compact Annexe
The Annexe was in a good location for local beaches and Chichester.
Nicely decorated, the stairs are a bit steep and as the description says it is a small space, but we had everything we needed for the 2 of us.
The Breakfast items in the cupboard and the fridge were a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Julie was lovely and very helpful as we hadn’t been to Chichester before and we wouldn’t have known about the local walks if she hadnt told us about them. We went to The Spotted Cow , the local pub and restaurant its close by and the food was reasonable, in taste and cost.
We had a good holiday break there and would thoroughly recommend.

Easy booking process with helpful email correspondence from owners. The annexe is comfortable and nicely fitted out with lots of welcoming touches including all you could need for breakfast.
Well placed for Chichester and its Canal, the beaches of the peninsula and local walks.
