The apartment was spacious on 1st floor. Good location with walking access to Filopappou (less than 5 mins walk) and Acropolis area (15 minutes walk). Metro 10 minutes walk. Many supermarkets and grocery stores close by. Friendly meet and greet by hosts. Very good communication with hosts.

Apartment facilities need updating to make stay more comfortable.

Good value apartment in a great location right near the Agora, Acropolis and Parthenon, plus restaurants, cafes etc. Clean and comfortable with an eclectic collection of decor and a welcoming, helpful and super responsive host. Comfy beds, Netflix to get through the jet lag, washing machine and everything you’d need for a medium term stay. We were very happy with it.

Hot water system is a bit fiddly and annoying though good heat and pressure once you get the hang of it. It’s an older apartment so floors and doors a little creaky.

The apartment was very specious and comfortable. Good value for money. The staff- Romain explain with a map what should we see in Athens. The AC was in every room what was great! There is also an elevator, so it is easy to get your luggage on 1st floor. On Friday there was a food market on the next street from the apartment - nice local experience.

The showers should have curtains or glass - when you take shower the whole floor is wet. As aparment is in old building there is a queaky floor. .

Host was friendly, waiting for us on arrival, and gave us great recommendations of places to eat in the surrounding neighborhood.

The first day we had no hot water, but only because we weren't aware we needed to turn on the hot water heater. Problem was resolved with a simple chat to the host.

Spacious, great location in Koukaki, nicely decorated, excellent air conditioning, great coffee machine and TV. Host, Hanni, was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for Athens.

Kitchen very basic. The single beds not the most comfortable.

The apartment was clean and quiet. Friday morning the street net to the place turned into a market.

This was a great spot for our group of 6 to all be able to hang out together! We loved being here together and the layout was convenient with 2 bathrooms at opposite ends of the house. We walked to the Acropolis and to many destinations of the city from the apartment. Long walk but we all managed! But overall a great apartment for a larger group. Had everything we needed for a quick stay in Athens, including a clothes washer so we could do a bit of laundry, and AC which was a necessity!

Our only complaint is that in one of the bathrooms, the upper mount for the shower was broken so you couldn't put the shower head up, so it was essentially a hand-held shower which none of us liked. The bathroom/shower situation was kind of tricky but I understand that's somewhat typical in Greece? Also the hot water situation (turning off / on etc) was a little confusing but we managed. The water can get VERY HOT so be careful!

There were no paper towels and napkins in the kitchen.

We enjoyed this property because it’s close to the acropolis and all other sightseeing places.

We were well briefed by Hanni who met us at the apartment on our arrival. We found the apartment to be very spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Showers lovely and powerful. Would definitely stay here again.

A little walk to the main centre (maybe 10 minutes) but this was absolutely fine for us.

Host very friendly, provided information on tourist attractions and best places to eat. Arranged taxi for pick up drop off.

Some of the furniture was broken and bathroom doors couldn't be locked and hard to open and close, which is very minor considering the price and location

Spacious apartment in a very vibrant Koukaki district. You can feel like local, great restaurant, nice shops and all most of major Athens attractions are in the walking distance. The apartment is spacious, clean, with updated showers

Kitchen can definitely use some work, would be nice to have a microwave

The location was perfect for family and friends close by. Host very helpful and friendly regarding local sites and places to eat.
