The shower didn't work, someone tried to break into my car, drug addicts yelling outside my window all night. If I could have canceled without being charged, I would have.spider bit my child on the arm so i had to take her to the er

I booked a smoking room and they could not accommodate, only reason I chose this room

The room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard outside was nice.
A lot of areas around the motel were filthy. The smoke alarm woke me up late at night. Someone was smoking next door. A permanent resident banged on my door at 12:30 am waking me up. It also scared me.

The management was horrible!! They didn’t even try to accommodate us after we drove 13hrs to a reserved room that wasn’t even ready 2hrs after check in time! We had to play search and find for a rooms!!

my room was not ready!!
check in is at 3pm I was there by 3:30pm and my room was not ready until about 5:30pm!
I asked to have a late checkout for their inconvenience and I was told it was not possible!

No breakfast here or coffee, room was nasty ,had to clean it myself, didn't sleep water dripped from bath tub, bugs in the bed
Could have moved me to another room or refund me

It was a nice stay. Very convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The only issue was with the bath tub. It was not sealed to wall and it allowed water to collect in between.

Love the new color scheme in the rooms. The king size beds are very comfortable. Each room has a full size refrigerator with freezer.
I truly appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere.
The wall in the shower wasn't sealed to the tub therefore water would collect in between the wall and the tub.
The light above the sink wasn't working, appeared to be burned out. The cover had a burnt spot on it.

there’s nothing to like about the property
the location and the room had towels in there with nasty looking stains on them… sheets was the only thing clean all pillowcases looked unclean but I slept great

Room was dirty and dog hair in the bathroom. Bed was good, but pillows were very bad. They need to be updated bad..

This place a nasty. Roaches in the room, mold in the bathroom, rat droppings in the bed.

Non smoking room that was very smoky smelling. Floors were dirty. Only bathroom supplies was a small bar of soap. Other items available for sale.
