We had a great stay at this rental property with our 2 young children. They had a great time using the pool and loved the nearby Saugatuck Dune Ride, Oval Beach, and Retro Boat rental. The condo is very clean and in a great location.

We brought our school age grand kids. This was a wonderful place for all of us. Very clean, very comfortable beds. The pool was large and 9 ft at the deep end which impressed the kids. Very nice well stocked kitchen. There are good restaurants nearby, state parks, shopping. Saugatuck is know for art and the condo is decorated with many beautiful pieces. Cathy is quick to respond to any questions or needs. We are so happy we visited and look forward to staying again. They have everything you need for a fun and relaxing trip!

We immensely enjoyed our stay, we could have just stayed for entire duration in condo with pool and Isabel's Market nearby! One stop shop. But we wanted to explore so we did 1/2 relax & 1/2 adventure. They provided everything whether you want to just relax to digital codes for best places in town. I would stay again! 10/10

The condo was just as described. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Close to all of the things to do in the area. Owner was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We will definitely be back again !

We were instantly impressed with this condo and the complex. The unit is well-decorated, has very comfortable bedding, and there's a lovely view out the back (with deer all the time). The grounds are beautiful and resort-like. The pool is quiet and feels secluded, as it's surrounded by plants. Would love to stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the afternoon. The location of the condo is excellent. A short drive to the beaches, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. Cathy was prompt when we had a question and the check-in was easy,

This was a lovely condo. Clean and tidy. Everything we needed was already there or nearby. Laundry a big plus! AC did sound like a constant storm approaching and was hard to talk over and sleep through. Do bring ear plugs. Then sleep well on very comfy beds.

A well maintained and super clean Douglas condo. Well located close to everything. Check in was super easy and owner's communication was very good. Felt like home away from home. Did I mention super clean? Highly recommended!

Communication with the host was always prompt and friendly. The condo is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The added bonus of a front and back deck to relax outside was perfect. Got to watch the deer in the field while enjoying morning coffee.

This is the 3rd condo in the complex where we have stayed and this was the best as there are 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom and they provide beach towels, a Keurig & a welcome bottle of wine! We Iove the complex and proximity to everything. Our best trip yet in 8 years in the Douglas/Saugatuck area.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved reading on the deck with the umbrella. The pool was clean and not too busy. The beds are very comfortable and Cathy was quick to respond to texts. We had a great time walking the lakeshore and spending time in saugatuk. Loved Isabel’s. Would highly recommend this condo.

Cathy's home abuts a big meadow where I spotted turkeys, deer and cardinals from the back deck. It's conveniently nextdoor to a great market and wine shop, and Farmhouse Deli just a short walk was the some of the best lunch food I ate while in the area.
The beds are comfortable - I had everything I needed while there.
The only thing to note about the home is that the cooling system and HVAC is really loud. We wound up turning it off consistently because it was hard to have a conversation while the air was on.
Overall a great stay!

Came with hubby and 2 teenage daughters. The condo was perfect size for us. Very clean and good location - an easy drive to busy saugatuck but not in the hustle and bustle of it all.
The owners were great to work with. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at this property, and at the end of our stay we always wish we had one more day! The apartment is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Douglas, Douglas Beach and the village of Saugutuck. Kathy is always so kind, helpful and makes our stay so easy. This is our second time staying in this condo complex and we had a great stay! The condo is beautiful and well-stocked. More than enough room for our family of three. Parking is close which is nice when hauling stuff! The pool is lovely and clean with bathrooms in the pool house (key with a 4 year old!) It is located close to downtown Douglas (about 1/2 mile), Saugatuck( about 2 miles), and Oval Beach. Check in and check out was easy. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. Overall, great vacation condo!

It was everything we expected and more.
The property was close to everything we wanted to do: fish, swim, visit family we haven’t seen in years. It was my wife, her brother and sister and myself. My wife and her brother and sister are from the area and it’s been 40 years since they moved from Michigan. It was great.

Beautiful condo and a great location to visit Douglas and Saugatuck. We enjoyed walks to downtown Douglas and Douglas Beach. We’re looking forward to future visits!

Our family...2 adults and 3 kids under 6...had a great week. Monitor could reach to the pool so it made things even better....all local beaches were within 5 to 20 minutes..check out Isabel's market out sooner than later...would highly recommend and will hopefully come back

Great location
The place is lovely and well kept. We enjoyed having a place that was less than 10 minutes from the beach and downtown Saugatuck. We also enjoyed access to the pool and fire pits around the property. Highly recommend!
