This property is located in a great local, residential neighborhood close to a wonderful beach and plenty of food options. The house itself had what our family of five needed for the week and was a great relaxing and jumping off point. We hope to return!

The condo is located a very safe neighborhood with gated entry. It is within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. It is nicely stocked with items and full refrigerator. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very spacious. Full size washer and dryer were also helpful. Air conditioning worked well and it was nice to have warm water to shower, which was an issue at our last VRBO stay. There were beach toys provided and boards which we did not use. The beach chairs are standard sports that fit in the bag, it would be nice to have ones that are meant for a beach along with a cooler. Overall, we were pleased with the unit and property manager was very responsive.

My girlfriends and I had a lovely time staying at this newly renovated condo with lovely decor. Best part was the top floor balcony with an amazing view of the water and waves. The patio was also fabulous except for excessively socializing, chatty neighbors right next door. Kitchen is basic but sufficient. No oven or dishwasher. The property manager is incredibly quick to respond to all messages and has an extremely high standard for guest behaviors.

It was a nice family stay. The only concern was the stair steps for small children and someone that lacks mobility. It was the perfect location and beach for a family.

We had a great time and really liked the place. All of the amenities were as described. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars were both showers had some drain issues. Great place!!

This rental was really wonderful! Located in a peaceful gated community in Dorado, it is right across from a small beach, with other Dorado beaches a 5-10 minute drive. Grocery store, drugstore, and restaurants are all located right outside the community. Having a car is ideal, but some places you can walk to like restaurants up the beach. The hostess is very responsive to messages and phone calls, and is very nice. We would definitely rent this home again.

AMAZING! Location was EXACTLY the way illustrated. Beach is right across the street. Great food locations around. Most importantly, the host was VERY attentive. Any issue we have had, she handled it immediately. Family had a great time! Thank you for the experience

The villas location to stores, beach, restaurants and highways is perfect for visiting Puerto Rico. The villa was accurately depicted in the listing and an excellent choice. The Kikita Beach restaurant is a must if you stay here or in Dorado.

This a great spot for a chill family Puerto Rico getaway. Dorado is a gorgeous area of PR. What we really loved is that you feel like this is where the locals hang out. Amazing swimming beach right across the street. Quiet neighborhood, huge clean pool, awesome food just down the beach. The condo is very clean, well kept and stylish. Ineabelle is a great owner- very helpful and friendly.

The property was clean and matched the photos. Our check in/out process went smoothly and everything worked out great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Since the Villa was on three floors, you were able to spread out. The location is prime. I stayed there for three weeks, so I really got to enjoy a lot of different activities. Since I stayed three weeks, I recommend renting a car. My favorite restaurant was Kikita Beach House. You need reservations. There is a spectacular view and the food was great.

This place was super clean and beautiful! Nice view of the ocean which was just across the street. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. It was an easy drive to San Juan for sightseeing.

This is a great location with 5 min to the beach and 10 min to all the stores and restaurants. Had a great time once we got situated. Be aware of house rule - not all 3 rooms will be available to you and it depends on number of ppl registered at the booking. We had a 1,5 year old who sleeps in his room since 3 months and had to ask for the second room to be open. We never got a 3rd room open so had to run down the stairs first few nights to ensure baby is comfortable. I never had that policy when renting and did not notice it at the time of booking. Overall, the location cannot be better just be aware of the policy and lots of stairs to run.

Dorado is a beautiful part of Puerto Rico and the Villa was in a fantastic location where you can hear the sounds of the beach clearly. We loved our visit and recommend it as a vacation destination. There is a supermarket very close so you can easily stock up on provisions. The owner was spectacular to deal and responsive!

Excellent family vacation property. Owners were super friendly and easily accessible for any questions. The property was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Gated area and very secure housing. Steps from swimming pool, beach. TV and A/C in every room and free Wifi.

This place was exactly as pictured . 3 bedrooms two with bunk beds and one queen size bed. 3 floors . 2 beautiful full bathrooms and one half . Very clean and updated. I had my 9 month old with me and there was even a pack and play which was a life saver because of the tile floor I was scared he would fall hard. I would definitely stay again. My only wish was king size in the master and extra bed and bathroom linens it’s just my preference. This place is perfect with a beach view.

This was the best experience I've ever encountered with an air b n b. The place looked exactly like the photos provided. It was beyond clean and the host was absolutely amazing. I'm already trying to come back for another visit.
