Wow this place is beautiful. The communication with Katya and Denis has been first class. The villa is immaculate and has every thing you need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen had everything you need, the nespresso machine was welcomed in the morning! Massive fridge/freezer. Lots of space so never on top of each other (we were a group of 7) We had the pool heated (stayed in April) and the temp was perfect. Our kids did not want to get out! Each room with its en-suite was brilliant, the beds comfy. When coming back to Caleta we would rebook.

Villa Nieve is a fantastic villa in a great location in Caleta de Fuste. We were a group of 7 made up of 2 families. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and communal areas. The 3 teenagers loved the hot tub and pool. The villa was spotless. There is also great communication with the owners who are always quick to reply to any queries.

The location is great with just a 10 minute walk to the beach or local supermarket. The villa was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. As this is a windy island the way the villa is situated means you have options to find a sunny windless spot if needed and the jacuzzi is a real treat. Katya and Gabriella met us on arrival to show us around and how everything worked and Katya checked in on us via What’s App regularly during the week to make sure we were OK. We will definitely be back.

The villa is very spacious and well equipped. The equipment is quite new and work without issues. The pool area is comfortable as well the place for meals. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is a public parking in front of the villa. The host was very proactive and supportive. Thank you Katya for making our stay so comfortable.

The pool water was very heavily chlorinated. The same with the jacuzzi.

This was our third time visiting Fuerteventura and Katya and Denis' place is by far the best place we have stayed at. The property is so spacious and has beautiful views in the open living and kitchen area. The desk space, two large sofa areas, breakfast bar and large dining table give so many different seating areas. We enjoyed having so many different spaces to relax, read and enjoy. The bluetooth energy tower was an added bonus for listening to music, as was the Clavinova piano. We thoroughly enjoyed playing and listening to music throughout our stay, especially at sunset. The jacuzzi is a particularly nice feature. It is powerful and a nice temperature. The master bedroom and humongous bathroom area were exceptional and unexpected. All of the beds were very comfortable. We particularly liked having so many good grocery stores nearby. The location was ideal for us in accessing the south of the island and the north too. The local beach at El Castillo is beautiful, with some segments having sand and others a boardwalk and rocky areas (photo attached).

The TV not being a smart tv was possibly a blessing in disguise, so that we did not watch as much as we would have! For others who are keen on keeping up with Netflix, etc, be prepared to have a less internet-oriented streaming systems, though there is HDMI connectivity. The pool costs extra to heat, so be sure that you make the most of this by swimming a lot (we only got in the water 5 times, so that was not good value for us, though we did sit poolside every day). We stayed in deep winter in December, so it seemed essential if we wanted to take advantage of the pool. Otherwise, the pool and the seating area at the pool are lovely and add another amazing dimension to the villa's living area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Katya and Denis' place to anyone wanting to go to Fuerteventura. They are exceptional hosts and the villa would not disappoint.

Villa nieve is beautiful and spacious. Exceptionally clean and well equipped for a relaxing stay. We were greeted by Gabrielle on arrival who gave us a tour of the villa. The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket and twenty minutes Into the centre of caletta. Katya left us a welcome gift of wine and homemade cake how lovely of her . We had an issue with the water not working and katya and Dennis were round to fix the problem within half an hour great communication. It turned out to be a problem with the pool which was rectified immediately. This was an amazing holiday with a equally amazing villa. All I can say is book book book you will not be disappointed.

The Villa was superb. The hosts were brilliant any issues were resolved quickly. Hosts kept in touch throughout the stay. Very comfortable accommodation and the pool was excellent. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.

What an amazing Villa!! we have just returned from staying in the Villa Nieve and we are absolutely thrilled we booked to go. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous with amazing facilities, lots of space, great pool and hot tub and the hosts were amazing! If you are questioning whether to book it or not, don't! just book it and you will not be disappointed!! We will be returning for sure!
