We were attending a conference at the OCCC and this location was perfect. The facility and condo were great and Publix shopping was an easy walk away. Will definitely book again

We enjoyed our stay. Nice location within 5 to 10 minutes to everything in gated area for extra security. Pool was just what we expected and located directly across from this unit. Would definitely stay again if we were in town.

We stayed in this rental for dance Nationals. This location was the perfect location! The amenities were fantastic and the location was close to restaurants, groceries, the venue we attended, and Disney! The condo was spacious and welcoming. I highly recommend this rental!

Condo was excellent for our theme park vacation! It is located centrally to many attractions, well cared for, and perfect for quiet relaxation at the end of the day. Pools were excellent and host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We were down for a convention at OCCC and this condo was an easy $8 Uber ride. Plus right out the front gate was a Publix as well as a great sushi spot and burger joint. Easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The condo provided the needed amenities for our stay. Check in and check out were also simple and easy. 5stars.

Close to attractions such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Disney. A shopping center with a grocery store, eateries and a gift shop is in walking distance. The place was clean and equipped with linens, cookware and dining utensils. A few bugs here and there, but hey its Florida. Would recommend to others.

We stayed at Vista Cay for our week long trip to visit the parks. The apartment was clean and spacious.
Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Close enough to the parks without being in the crowd. We ate most of the meals at home and it was nice to have grocery store(Publix) just right outside the building and Dunkin’ Donuts as well!! Great communication from the owner.
It had everything you need to make your stay pleasant.
Will definitely choose to stay here on our next trip!

This was a perfect location for our basketball tournament at Orange County convention center. The kids enjoyed the amenities and were able to walk to restaurants and Publix. I would 100% stay here again.

I booked the 2 bed 2 bath villa and we couldnt have been more impressed. My kids loved having their own room and beds. They were desperate to get into the pool every night after visiting the parks. The property being walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants meant we didnt have to lug a weeks worth of groceries with us or spend time driving around looking for a store. During our "off" day the main pool wasnt open due to a pump problem but the pool right outside our unit still was so that was no issue either. Gary was responsive and active in reaching out, they care about their guests and their property and it shows! It's close to everything, we were at Universal within 15 minutes and Disney Springs in about 20. OH! And there's laundry in the unit so you dont have to play the "did I wear this and how gross is it?" game.
Pros: Free parking, close to everything, perfect amount of space for a family of 4, 2 bathrooms, full size kitchen with everything you need, close to everything, caring property managers, pools, LAUNDRY.
Cons: Ummm the thermostat clicked during the night and I'm a light sleeper and one time I had to re-enter the door code (I'm really stretching here for a con :-) )

Great property and location. Super clean, spacious townhome. Property is exactly as pictured. Check in process was smooth. Just drive right up to the townhome, enter the code, and you're in. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, especially Publix for occasional groceries. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. I booked this accommodation/property based on the closeness to the OCCC & price
There were a couple of minor issues(broken draw in bedside cabinet, broken iron(still working though) & door+screen didn't shut properly(1st floor)). Iron was replaced very quickly & I was advised that the other 2 issues would be rectified, but not until after I vacated.
The property was ok, but felt a little bit old/tired. It was generally clean, but if you took a closer look, it really needed to have a proper clean-up(hair on shower wall etc). That all said, on the whole the property was fine.....

Fantastic location
This townhouse was approximately 15 min from Disney parks and 10 min to Universal parks as well as being only a few blocks from a Walgreens, Publix and a few restaurants. The amenities in the neighbourhood were an awesome addition.
We had a few issues when we first moved in but Gary took care of them immediately. Would highly recommend this place!
