Questo è un condominio a 2 piani quasi nuovo con camera matrimoniale e bagno al livello principale. L'ampia cucina ha tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno, un bellissimo set da pranzo per 12 persone, una caffettiera Keurig, una caffettiera normale, un bollitore elettrico, un tostapane, un frullatore Ninja e pentole WMF. La sala da pranzo e il soggiorno offrono viste mozzafiato. Ci sono due divani in pelle full size e un camino a gas che crea una meravigliosa atmosfera calda. Il ponte ha una griglia a gas e sedie adirondack.
Sulla leva inferiore ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni e un altro soggiorno con una grande TV e un divano letto super confortevole. Un ampio ponte su ogni livello con meravigliose viste sulle montagne e una chiara vista sul lago di Mary crea un luogo tranquillo dove fuggire. Vita selvaggia, cervi ed alci sono visitatori abituali del tuo cortile e offrono ore di divertimento meraviglioso. C'è un posto auto nel garage annesso e due spazi all'esterno. La camera doppia al piano inferiore ha un paio di vasche di giocattoli sotto il letto e al piano superiore nel soggiorno ci sono libri per bambini e giochi.

The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances were well thought of. Dishes and silverware were more than enough for a family of 6. We enjoyed the grill that was provided. The view from the living, room, dining room and the porch were spectacular. I don’t mind waking up and drinking my tea with that view in front of me. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will rebook the next time we go back to Estes.

We used this lovely home for our base while exploring RMNP. Beautiful home, lots of space, great views, an Elk (calf) came by every morning to eat the leaves from the trees in the front of the house, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property during recent vacation to Estes Park. Was very happy with the condo. Plenty of space for the kids and seating in the living room to relax in the evening. Location has very nice views and is a short drive to RMNP. Would stay here again in the future.

A bunch of us used this as home base during a friends wedding. We enjoyed the abundance of space to spend time together, the comfy beds, and the large kitchen.

My family and I booked this wonderful rental in order to attend a wedding and we loved every minute! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It is located so close to all places we wanted to visit. Last but not least, Monika was a gracious and communicative host. We would love to stay here again!

The home is so well equipped, clean, and nestled perfectly for beautiful morning views. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. Only a few small maintenance issues that would have made it 5 out of 5. I would recommend this VRBO and book again.

Great location--just minutes away from Estes Park.
Actually, we stayed here with extended family to be relatively close to Boulder for CU graduation. Easy check in, check out; beautiful, comfortable, and clean home; has everything you need. Great views, too--we especially enjoyed watching the elk meander right outside the back deck. We would definitely come here again.

We loved being in the Mary’s Lake area. Beautiful views in a calm and restful community… Our rental was perfect. Thank you, Monika, for providing such a lovely, well equipped home for our girl’s getaway. The three bedrooms provided separate space for each of us, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to put the car into the garage. The locale was accessible to everything we wanted to do. The next time we want/need a nice respite we will definitely look to book with you again.

The home was as described, clean and comfortable. Great view. In a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from RMNP and all that the city of Estes Park has to offer. The home was well stocked with kitchen essentials....3 different types of coffee makers to suit your needs. Loved having a garage to park the car out of the weather.

This property far exceeded our expectations! It is such a beautiful property located just outside of town. It was so quiet with the best views! The entire main living space was open and gave our little guy lots of room to play. The toy bins and books saved us from having to go buy new toys that we wouldn’t have wanted to take home on our flight. Monika and Shea were incredible and so responsive when the pack and play was not working as it should. Shea came to our rescue and our little guy was able to go to bed on time because of her. He had a hard day of flying and not napping so bed was important! We will be booking this location again!

We had the most amazing Christmas at this incredible condo. The place was easy to find, clean, and well stocked with everything you would possibly need. The views are amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had an amazing time staying in the condo. It was a great set up for two families with younger kids. It had everything we needed and was easy to get around Estes. We also saw some elk and deer which was a really treat for the kids.

This condo was well appointed with everything you would need. Great balcony with views to mountains and more. Was a little bit of a hassle taking your shoes off every time you entered the unit (which we did) but I guess if it were my condo, I too, would want to preserve the beautiful wood floors. Overall, great place to stay, and would book it again on a return to Estes Park.

Stayed in your beautiful home to celebrate my parents anniversary. Estes Park is where they honeymooned 60 years ago! Everything was wonderful and just perfect for our group of 6 adults!

My family and I had a wonderful (though too-brief) stay in Estes Park at this lovely property. We were in town to see Cowboy Brad and to go to RMNP the next day. The location was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing! It was very spacious, had comfortable furniture, brand new appliances, and worked perfectly for our group 6. The house was very clean, had beautiful views, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our family! Convenient location close to town for those who want to shop, and remote enough for those wanting to find a trail to hike or mountain to climb. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent!!! Great location near Mary’s Lake with spectacular views and several opportunities to watch the wildlife.

Perfect location to easily get to RMNP or the main street of shopping/restaurants, only 8-10 minutes away for either one. Very clean and accommodating (everything you could want to feel at home here). Cozy and comfortable. The deck is a great spot to relax and read a book while enjoying the mountain views. Second time staying and now our go-to vacation spot in Colorado.
