We really liked our stay in this apartment. First of all, the owner of the house is pretty nice and welcoming, the communication was super easy before and after our trip, and he adapted to facilitate our check-in, our check-out, etc. I remember when we arrived how he explained the different parts of the house, turned the heating on, left some coffee for us to have in the morning, explained how the washing machine worked... he did his best for us to be happy and well in his flat. The apartment was quite nice, the beds were comfortable, it was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped (plus oil, salt, kitchen towels, shower gel in the bathroom...), a plus when you are travelling and staying for a few days! The coffee maker was amazing and the capsules he had were very tasty, exactly what we wanted in our stay in Italy. At the end of our stay, he even let us leave our luggage for a few hours after doing the check-out while we waited for our train, so... thanks a lot, Massimo! We will come back :)

The owner allowed him to stay longer before the eviction.

The toilet has run out of water, the kitchen costs 10 € - this is unacceptable. There are two rooms in the apartment, so someone else can live with you. There were problems with neighbors, they are unbalanced people, sports impressions.

Very spacious, clean apartment, well equiped, and located in a walking distance to old town, supermarket etc. No problem with car parking (on the street). The Owner is a great person. Massimo is always helpful, nice and gives a lot of usefull advices. For coffe lovers great info - coffe machine in apartment and free coffe for guests :-) You MUST also try delicious sweets and coffe in a lovely pasticceria Rosario Ciccio at Viale della Pace in Vibo Valentia. Jolanta (manager) always advise you the best sweets and taste you like. Locall specialities help you to feel like Heaven! Please do not hesitate to rent this apartment and contact with Massimo
