Cozy Pool Paradise with **Heated-Pool In Winter Months**
casa recentemente ristrutturata ha una master suite con bagno privato, cabina armadio e due ulteriori camere a tema spiaggia. Avrai l'intera casa tutta per te, inclusa la piscina profonda 15 piedi (15'x30 ') con mobili da giardino completamente schermati. Anche il cortile è completamente recintato per la tua privacy. Puoi anche goderti la TV via cavo in tutte le camere insieme al WiFi. La proprietà è un luogo accogliente in cui rilassarsi con amici o famiglia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con utensili, pentole e padelle, piccoli elettrodomestici, ferro e asse da stiro e un pacchetto un gioco. C'è una griglia a carbone per gli ospiti insieme a tutti gli utensili per grigliare. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono a tua disposizione per lavare i tuoi vestiti ed è fornita di baccelli di marea e fogli di asciugatrice. C'è anche una stampante per gli ospiti per stampare mappe e simili, scaricare l'app cannon e iniziare a stampare. La piscina e il prato vengono falciati settimanalmente e viene detto di non disturbare gli ospiti. C'è anche sorveglianza e sicurezza ADT sulla proprietà per gli ospiti con il codice di blocco della porta, una videocamera sul campanello e un'altra sul vialetto. Non ci sono telecamere sul retro della casa a bordo piscina per la privacy degli ospiti.

The swimming pool area and pool was dirty I found a snake in the pool I dint go back in that pool for the remaining it the stay your washing machine doesn’t work your refrigerator door doesn’t close properly you need to replace what doesn’t work Thank you

We had a great time during our stay. The weather was not on our side for most of our stay but the house was soo cozy had no complaints. Tuesday I’m the sun was out and the weather was great we enjoyed the pool.

This was our 3rd time staying at this house. We really like the place overall and the pool is great. Although we did have issues with critters moving around in attic. Had to contact property manager who was able to get an exterminator out to investigate. Turned out to be rats, they set traps and it was an ongoing process throughout the 2 weeks we were there. Other then that issue it was great!

The house is nice and clean. The yard is cute and the pool well maintained. It is located in a central Melbourne with easy access to I-95, US-1, and a short drive across the causeway to the beaches. Dining options are close by as well in downtown Melbourne, a short drive to the mall, and all up and down A1A.

The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for our wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the short stay and the wedding preparations, but we are looking forward to visiting again if Casey and Chan will have us back. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were big and had plenty of amenities which was a pleasant extra, like toothbrushes, razors and full size shampoo and shower gels.

We all greatly enjoyed our stay at the house!!! It was beautiful,comfortable and very accommodating!!! You all had everything we needed and then some!!! If we ever have the need again we will be booking here!! The only thing is that the pool could have been a bit warmer,we are Florida wimps and can't take the cold, lol.

The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but the house was clean and has everything you need towels, bedding, kitchenware, and washer-dryer. The only negative really was the heated pool wasn’t very heated it was still too cold for me to want to get in.

We enjoyed everything when we arrived. But when we went to shower there was no hot water. This was later in the afternoon on a Saturday. We contacted our host and without hesitation he arrived and confirmed. He was aggressive toward the resolve. He found a company to replace their tank on a Sunday. This made what could have been a very bad situation a comfortable resolve. It is never when things go right that the essence of an individual is revealed but on that worse case scenario and you see how they rise above it and conquer obstacles and handle things as they are suppose to. Thank you for the opportunity to see that in our host. I am certainly a customer for life when I am in the area for sure.

We found this property close to WalMart and other businesses we shop. Neighborhood quiet and well kept.
Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked well with fans in every room ti keep comfortable temps for each area.
Loved having the pool to cool off in afternoons. It was well kept and furniture outside is very comfortable for hours of R & R.
Kitchen is very easy to use with laundry close by- all the amenities to keep us going through the hectic schedule for first half of trip
We were very pleased and would love to use this home for our next trip to Melbourne

Clean comfortable house, centrally located, well maintained, owner provides the basics for moving in for your stay.
Note for those staying in the fall season, be prepared as the pool is not heated as the owner say's in the listing (heated in winter months). Part of the reason we booked this house is for the pool. The owner should say what months the pool will be heated for. My mistake for thinking the pool would be warm for the first week of October. Needless to say the pool never got used.
May want to consider bringing your own towels also. The ones provided are thin. A few of the slats are broken on the blinds in the front room and main bedroom. My guess is for people to look out the windows. The alarm beeps for no reason quite often. While its not loud it can be annoying for those with hearing aids (My husband). The front area where you park gets slippery when wet perhaps from the dirt or algae? And lastly the communication with the owner is slow. We were told we would get the door code once the cleaners had left. Check in is at 4pm. At 7pm we still didn't have the door code. I had to contract the owner for it. I got the code at 7:15 pm. Thankfully?? our flight was delayed.

We were very happy with the property. The host was always available to answer any questions I had! The property is well kept and truly felt like home! With all the little amenities that we did not expect! The pool was perfect!!! Our family had a wonderful time there!

We wanted a last minute getaway and this house was perfect and affordable. Close to everything it was perfect for a weekend getaway we didn’t want to leave. The kids had a blast in the pool and the house was equipped with everything you could need for the beach and fishing and water toys. It was perfect. Look forward to coming back to Melbourne!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, locally to all the places you need or want. Beach quick drive away, plenty of spots to eat. We just wanted to relax and that we did. Beds comfortable, pool relaxing and fully adequate kitchen.

We came to Florida for my mom to meet her first great grandson. We found this property within our budget and it was perfect esp with having a pool for my disabled son. The owner was so sweet and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect and provided everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Will be coming back! Everything was so easy, first time ever renting from vrbo. Had extra necessities which were extremely convenient! Pool was so relaxinx. Had issue with vrbo's platform for communication, but host called me directly and made it so easy! We will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd time we stayed and loved it as much as first time! We did have a issue with the internet, no connection. But we were able to get in touch with Chan and he came over to help and then he called and got it fixed with the internet company! Everything was great, loved the pool, went swimming everyday!

Great location. The house was nice. The pool kind of worried me at first because it looked kind of dirty on the bottom but then I realized it was only the paint on the bottom has washed off once I got in the pool. It's very nice comfortable. I would definitely

Property needs many repairs and updates. Broken blinds, missing closet doors, dirt cobwebs and dust behind doorways. Everything was old or faded except the bathrooms. Broken glassware in cabinet. I drank out of a mason jar. One room had a 5 inch step down which was unseen. 2 people fell. Would be a -place for frat boys on spring break. There was a note to treat this like your own home. My house on its worst would never be like this.

Nice house, beds comfortable. Kids loved the Pool ! 3ft, 5ft and 7 ft. Left our sand toys for others. No beach chairs. Fish bellies food truck was amazing and not to far from house. Overall great house. Would rent again.

Just feel the vacuuming of the carpets were overlooked b4 we arrived. Pool didn't have grab bars were was able to get in/ out by putting a chair close to the pool for support in. Everything else was perfect

Couple of things to note: Beds are comfortable, Kitchen is well stocked and includes the essentials, such as salt & pepper, etc, plenty of TP and PT but no Kleenex. They offered beach towels which was very nice. The pool heater was not working but the owner was very responsive and compensated us accordingly. Seating in living room and dining room are not very comfortable. Owner provides lots of good information on things to do and restaurants to eat at.
