Slightly overpriced for the standard of the room.

Impossible to contact reception, no help, light on all night in bathroom and no switch. Very hard to get there from airport with no car.

The straff was exceptional serviceminded and helpful. Breakfast very much to choose from, Even good gingershots! Dinner top quality. Spa treatment with massage the best I have ever had. Pool perhaps a bit too hot. I will certainly come back and recommend Lily to my friends.

The scenery is absolutely stunning. Spa facilities and restaurant are excellent too. Restaurant spa very helpful and accommodating.

It appears the hotel employs an increased number of inexperienced younger staff at reception which has been a let down for us. When we checked in, we were given no information on spa facilities, location of restaurants or Wi-Fi. It felt very transactional - payment taken and room keys handed over. It would also have been nice to see some nice touches to celebrate our anniversary which I’ve mentioned both at the time of booking and check in, but didn’t even get a “congratulations”. We went down to show our parents the spa facilities but were told that we cannot see the facilities when people are present (albeit we just wanted to peak through the windows that’s all). While that’s understandable, it would have been nice if the member of staff came out of their way to help, e.g. offer another “quieter” time to come and visit or be at least shown a brochure or website with photos. In sum, the staff at times were a let down for a fantastic facility as this. We’re regulars at the hotel and got many of our visitors to stay there too but I’m afraid if we’re looking for good service in the future, Lily Country Club won’t be our no 1 choice anymore :(

Comfort room, hotel location, nice breakfast and wide varieties of selections.

The table in the restaurant was not well cleaned. The price I paid is including free entrance to the spa but could not utilize this feature because of time limit; so I paid for a service which I could not get. Maybe it is better to reduce the price of the room and make spa entrance optional with a charge for those who wanted to use it.

Food was very good, hotel got lots of places to sit and have a informal discussions without having the feeling you're on top of each other, coffee and water available in the morning and afternoon. Relaxing vibes, even if there for work. Good breakfast with lots of options.

The property is amazing, the rolling hills were covered with snow and very magical. The resort is so cozy and comfy and inviting, and the spa is top notch. We love this place! The breakfast buffet is outstanding and is included and the staff is always exceptionally wonderful.

The only thing that I wish could shift with the room is that although we appreciate automatic lights to save energy, I wish there were an off setting for the night for the bathroom light so that we wouldn't be blinded every time we go into to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Location close to the airport. This is why we choose the hotel, flying in the day before to fly back to the UK the next day. Highly stared hotel within 15 mins to the airport.

The lack of communication or really the non existent reply to any of my messages. The Sunday we arrived our flight was delayed which meant arriving to the hotel just after 9pm when the hotels room service and restaurant would be closed. I firstly messaged the hotel via booking.com to confirm if the restaurant would be open they did reply with a no - sorry we can’t help. I then asked if they could recommend anywhere we can get or order food? No response from customer service - Sunday nights I believe you are very limited with options and I thought the hotel could help. I then asked if the hotel could supply the room with room service/food before the restaurant closed at 9pm, no response there either. We arrived at the hotel after landing just after 9pm the gentlemen at reception said he didn’t receive any of our messages - even though they managed an earlier response to my first question. So we went to bed without dinner. The room provided crisps and other small snacks, which would have been ok except my partner was a bit under the weather and something healthier would have been a nice welcome. I complained afterwards stating the above I have written here - nothing back. I’m not sure what went wrong, this was the last night of our most amazing Norway adventure. It was a disappointment on our last night, I just felt the hotel could have been helpful but they were not sadly.
