Our family had a wonderful two-week getaway at this cabin. We were just a couple minutes drive away from both Boone and Blowing Rock, so we were able to see many sights around the area.

We stayed for a few days over spring break and had a great time! Weather was awesome. Kids loved all the indoor and outdoor game options and the big lawn space to be outside. Fire pits were so fun to have! Separate floor for kids to have bedroom/TV space made it extra fun for them. Owner checked in a few times to make sure everything was working good. Close to downtown area and hiking.

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and cozy. It has everything you need. The upstairs bedroom is the nicest with more space and king bed. The bedrooms downstairs are small but served the purpose and would be fine for smaller children. We had adult children so the space felt small. The location was great - easy to get places. The fire pits outside were fun. Tony was a great host and even texted to check on us.

We had a wonderful weekend at this mountain cabin. It was just as the pictures depicted. The house was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, just minutes from Boone and Blowing Rock while still feeling secluded. I chose the house for all the extras, fire pit, "toys", etc. We didn't get to spend a lot of time using those amenities because of our schedule. Hopefully, next time. Homeowner was always responsive and helpful. This house goes on my save list for the future!

We stayed at Blowing Rock Cabin the first weekend of October with our family as part of an annual trip we make to enjoy the Fall weather and take the kids to Tweetsie. Our kids were very excited upon arrival to find the basement game room and spent most of their time in that area—which was a relief for the adults. We were happy to find the cabin well stocked with all of the basics. The heating worked very well for the first cool nights of the fall season. We loved the location being able to get to either Boone or Blowing Rock within a very short drive. We also had great access to the nearby trails near Moses Cone to go running and hiking. There is even a short, secluded trail down the street at the Blue Ridge Conservancy which would be great as a morning run. Tony was an extremely communicative host and was readily available for any questions or concerns. We had no notable issues with check-in or check-out as everything went smoothly with the electronic lock. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our visit and would definitely look to staying in the future!

Everything was perfect. Just as described. We really enjoyed the game room, fire pit and proximity to Boone and Blowing Rock. Tony was easy to communicate with and provided any information you would need to have a great stay. House has anything you would need and was very clean. Highly recommend!

Outstanding property that is close to everything in Blowing Rock. We were there with our kids and grand kids. Lawn was so perfect for them to play! House has a great vibe and super comfy beds! Loves hanging out on the front porch and the kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cook some great meals! Grill was used every night too! Tony was so easy to communicate with! Great value and location!

This cabin was the perfect fit for our group of 7! We had two 18 year olds, three 23 year olds, 24 year old, and me 25! We enjoyed the game room downstairs the most! (I think it would be worth adding a bathroom down there!) The kitchen table was another big hangout spot for us to play card games! we used the grill to cook burgers, gas fire pit for s’mores, and done some front porch sitting to soak in the beautiful scenery! The host was amazing!! Always responded in a timely manner and even check on us through our our stay! We will definitely be back again!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Our trip consisted of two grandparents with four grandchildren aged 7-11 years of age. We did the Virgina Creeper Bike Trail along with White Water Rafting on the second day. This home provided an excellent staging point for our purposes. The property was clean and as advertized with an effective game room that complimented our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location provided us with easy access to the shops in Blowing Rock and close to Appalachian State for Graduation and Commissioning Ceremonies. The Cabin was over the top in providing us with everything we needed. We are planning our next visit as we speak.

This property met all our needs for a short family get away. Tony was very attentive and offered many suggestions for things to do. While the weather did not allow us to fully take advantage of the lovely outside, there was lots to do inside the cozy cabin.

Fiance and I visited Blowing Rock with our kids for spring break. Six of us total. Cabin was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed and served as a great home base for our daily excursions into the mountains. Property Manager was great to work with and checked in with us several times. Also appreciated the fact that they had left their media logins available to us. Watched a few movies and some sports during our down time and it was nice not to have to link our own accounts. Would definitely stay at the cabin again!

After a long day of hiking and exploring Blowing Rock, Boone, the Blueridge PKWY, etc. the BRC was a perfect place to relax and recharge. We used it all…the rec room was fun, the porch and view were amazing, and the fire pit out front was cozy. We cooked most meals at the cabin, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls, spices, and the kids loved that it had a stash of chocolate chips for our pancakes. The TVs were all easily compatible with our phones for screen pairing so we could watch our favorite soccer and hockey teams without signing in and inevitably forgetting to sign out of our accounts before leaving. Most importantly, I cannot say enough about how great Tony was as our host. He was responsive and had great suggestions for our family activities all around the area. He offered a clean, well maintained, and safe property for us to enjoy and we are so appreciative and happy to have found this gem.

This is our third year in a row at the Blowing Rock Cabin. The amenities, location and price can't be beat. It's a spacious property while still retaining its coziness. We recommend the cabin very highly!

We rented this cabin last year and came back this year .That shows how satisfied we are . After settling in , this place feels like home . It has pretty much anything you would need . It is very well supplied . Tony is excellent in his communication . I highly recommend this rental .

We loved our stay at blowing rock cabin. It is in an area away from the city center but only a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The house has everything you need for a fun stay, especially in the snow where we got about 6 inches during Christmas. There is a large hill in the back where our kids were able to slide down the hill on snow saucers. Also the basement has many games available like air hockey, foose ball and table tennis along with a large sofa and tv. There is even a bunk bed. The home is set up like a split family where you have an upstairs master suite and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The only thing I recommend is that you will need a 4 wheel drive in the winter if the road iced over. We would have never made it up the hill if we didn’t have 4 wheel drive since it iced over from the storm. They do maintain the road heading up to the cabin so that was a huge plus. We will definitely be returning.

This was our first time staying in a cabin and wont be our last. This cabin was awesome. Very clean and so inviting. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The game room was such a big hit with my grandkids. It felt like home away from home. It was even decorated for Christmas. The tree was beautiful. Tony made sure that we had everything we needed. He checked on us often and also provided recommendations in the area. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience in Blowing Rock. If you are looking for a place to stay, you have found it.

This is a great location for a small family get together with enough privacy and outside area to enjoy time with your family. An added benefit is you’re surrounded by the beautiful mountains. The cabin is very accommodating for kids and adults.Very short drive to Blowing Rock or Boone so shopping and restaurants are readily available. Highly recommended!

We loved the cabin! It's a great size with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus the extra bunks and space down in the game room. The furnishings were lovely, just perfect for the mountains. The beds were comfortable and bedding/ blankets just right. We enjoyed the library and games collection. The outdoor spaces there at the cabin had to be our favorite part! The front porch with rockers and a view, back deck w gas fire pit & chairs and yard w fire ring/ more chairs provided our group numerous areas to visit/ enjoy the mountains. Our guys even had room in the yard to set up 2 portable disc golf baskets to practice putting before heading out to play. It was an amazing weekend; thanks to the host for providing this beautiful place and all our family needed for a great mountain get away. We hope to be back again next year.

Thru no fault of the manager the back porch was not very appealing. Garbage was all about on the floor (probably from an animal that got into the trash). The webbing in one of the lawn chairs was broken so we could not use it. Otherwise it was very nice with the gas fireplace

The cabin was a short drive from both Blowing Rock and Boone. The game room in the basement was a hit with our kids, as was the reading nook on the second floor. The owners were very proactive in their communication to make sure everything met our expectations. Overall, it was a nice experience.

This was a great property. I would highly recommend the cabin. It is so close to the Blowing Rock town - which absolutely beautiful- as well as being close to other activities the area has to offer. Very clean. Beds were amazing! Kitchen was very well stocked with needed items. Great vacation experience.

I cannot say enough good things about our weekend away to Blowing Rock. Many have mentioned how gracious the host is, and that is 100% accurate. Tony was the best host I have ever had using VRBO - so attentive and helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is cozy, quiet and well stocked. We had 4 adults and 2 small kids and were very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely be back!

The cabin is wonderful! We found it well stocked, very clean and extremely comfortable. Our hosts thought of everything and were very attentive.. If you rent and have a bad time, it was your own fault. We had so much fun and the location was great! We can‘t wait to book again.

My family just spent a lovely week at the cabin, and I can’t say enough good things. The location is perfect, and the cabin itself is wonderful…beautiful porch and property to sit outside and enjoy nature, as well as plenty of fun activities indoors. And Tony is great…very helpful and responsive. We will definitely book again.
