It was beautiful the generosity and hospitality of Diana was amazing she went over and beyond to make sure that if we needed anything when we texted her she responded with in 5 minutes I will certainly be planning on coming back

That the washer and dryer where on different floor

The unit had two power recliners. Great for resting. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary utensils. Plenty of paper products and lots of beach towels and bathroom towels and face cloths. Enjoyed time at the pool. Great elevator access. Liked 24 hour guard at the entrance. My family lives in Port Ritchy. They came to visit. Beautiful Gulf view from balcony. The hostess was great and very welcoming. I will be back. Very accessible to everything

The nature walk by the ocean.

Everything was wonderful.

Very well equipped, everything that you could need in the kitchen was there, plus loads of little extras (post it notes, books, lots of towels, detergent, cleaning stuff, kitchen rolls...etc) stuff that you don't always find in an apartment rental. Unused/unopened non-perishable items in the fridge & cupboards that we might be able to use, were left there from the previous visitors, not thrown away as you'd normally see - cans of coke, taco mix, pasta sauce, spices, soap, chips, plastic cups, etc etc. Just a nice surprise to find them left for us to use if we wanted to (we left our excess items when we left too). Really comfy beds and pillows. Loads of storage space (again, not always the case in a short term rental). But...#1 by a country mile...the view from the balcony !! WOW !! just gorgeous. We hated having to leave that view behind when we left. We'll be back.

Not much - we loved it. If I'm being really picky, the floors could have been a little cleaner (my socks showed how dirty they were).
