The room size is good. The hotel was built in a good way but not maintained. Polite staff and supportive. good loacation.

The toilet is not maintained properly. we have to say multiple times to clean the WC. no proper Breakfast is available. Breakfast is served after 9 am which will not be good for one who leaves a bit early for sightseeing. only one room boy for the entire building. we need to ask for soap. The soap stand was broken.

In reception those people's are so good and helpfull. They guide us regarding sightseeing. In a very short time they arranged car for us. And car driver also very good and helpfull. Check-in time first room I actually didn't liked. As per our request they changed room also in short time. They have restaurant also we ordered food from them and it was pocket friendly and quality also very good. Breakfast was complementary, and it was too good. Overall very good experience..

I didn't like the washroom. It was little smelly and not cleaned well.

We got a room.

We had to wait additional 45 minutes to get in the room although we came at 1am since room wasn't clean. Bathroom was not clean and water was clogging everywhere. And let's not even go with the hot water issue. Parking was in a bad place with no lights and full of garbage. So called restaurant was full of drunk people and food was so bad but bill was too high

The stay is near to the bar. And the washroom was not comfortable. Also in the room there was no proper air circulation

Breakfast was just too delicious and the aunty who served was so sweet

1. The staff is really very helpful and welcomes the guest quite warmly 2. The staff is multilingual which makes visitors more comfortable 3. They helped me with cab booking immediately when i requested for it inspite of huge crowd during my stay period due to dasara holidays 4. Breakfast was good with 3-4 options

1. No toilet paper. It was not given even on the 2nd day of my stay even after mentioning it while i gave my key for cleaning the room 2. For solo female travellers, it may feel a little uncomfortable as they have a bar in the ground floor 3. The washroom latch was not locking 4. There was a random pipe in bathroom with open end near to the roof which dripped water and it would cause discomfort while using commode as the water would split and hit your leg 5. The mirror light was broken and hanging 6. On the 2nd of my stay, I had asked for the room service/cleaning to be done but bedsheet was not changed it was tucked in and moreover there was no fresh towel kept. The used towel which was hung on chair rest was as it is when i was back on 2nd day 7. No hand wash in bathroom, it was empty and it remained empty on 2nd even after room was serviced

The room size is too small. They wasted lot of space for wardrobe.
