We were a group of 8, but the house could easily accommodate 12 or 13 people. It was a hot weekend, so it was nice to have the air conditioning! The house has everything you will need and the amenities at Saw Creek Estates were a plus!

Really great property and amenities nearby, communication wasn’t great but overall an awesome stay!

House is really expensive for how it’s, a lot of broken stuffs,it needs a lot of maintenance, everything was dirty inside and outside,stairs deck needs to be fixed everything in general needs a lot of work, basement have mold really dangerous to sleep with that smell, we have our kids there and all of them were coughing because of the smell, we look everywhere for any information about the area, all the houses I have been rented have information about the area and what to do, I ask the owner and answer was Google. It was a problem every time we try to re enter to the community, in general beds dining table everything uncomfortable, the house has space but needs a lot of maintenance.. Thank you Lawrence for everything, if I wrote these is just for you to make some good changes and we will rent it again for winter.

This house was the perfect place for my friends and I to spend a weekend in. So many memories were made. The house itself is beautiful and you are surrounded by the peace of nature.

I stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends & it was worth every penny! The house is cozy, big, and beautiful! It comes with everything you need like pots, towels and games! It is a beautiful home that I would stay again at in the future. The owners respond fast and give clear instructions on the check in/out process. My only complaint is that there is not much to do in the area as far as bars or nightlife. Overall 10/10 experience :)

We went the end of February so there was snow in the drive with ice, we were unable to get into drive despite 2 four wheel drive vehicles. We parked on the side of the road and used the walk way to enter the house, unfortunately we were unable to find shovels or salt so my husband used a dust pan and his feet to shovel the walkway, especially for his 75 yr old mom. The pool table, the tennis table, and foosball table were all on separate floors. Overall our stay was nice, there was plenty of room for our large family, beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, easy access to restaurants and things to do. Cleaners did not do a very good job of cleaning after the guests before us, there was white fur all over the living room, dirty floors and fast food left in fridge.

here are the pluses and minuses of the rental: Pros: Everything that the owner described of the property is pretty accurate. The must haves which was WIFI and A/C did not disappoint. WIFI was strong, we probably had about 7 people using the internet at the same time and not one person said the connection was laggy. Love that the house allowed us to control the temp in the house. It was not easy to find a house in the poconos that had central A/C at such a reasonable price. The ping pong table was a hit for everyone. From my 85 y/o father to my 6 year old son, everybody could not get enough of it. The kids also had a great time on the trampoline outside. The owner was accomodating, asks for more community passes at the last minute and had no issues with that. Now on to the cons: Not a big deal but it was an inconvenience, when we had arrived at the front gate our names were not in the system but I swore I sent to owner, a fews ago. Our 3 cars had to wait out for about 10 mins before the problem was resolved. The next day, when we went out and came back to the property, it happened again. Apparently, they said the owner did not tell the front desk that we were staying for more than 1 day and our names were removed from the system. had to wait again to get it resolved. Hopefully, the owner ensures that future guests do not encounter the same issue. I would suggest that the bunk bed in the lower level be moved up to the higher level because the ceiling was so low that the upper bunk was not sleepable. My 11 year old neice literally hit the ceiling when she turned onto her side. Needless to say everyone refused to sleep on it and thus makes it a useless bed. Make use of the high vaulted ceilings in the upper levels by moving the bunks up. As some others has mentioned, the home needs some TLC, the sliding doors' locks were broken and the BBQ needs a good cleaning. Another thing is that when we first entered the house, there was a strong fragance in the air from the air freshners that were plugged in throughout the house - now some people may prefer that but it made some of us nauseous so feedback is that less is more. Lastly, because of the pandemic, all the indoor pools were closed, and only 1 outdoor pool which the deepest side was like 5 ft was open duriing the weekday. The kids were bummed especially my neice who was looking forward to doing laps. all in all, it was good the price. So can't really complain.

My family along with other 3 close families had an excellent stay at this property. We had young kids, teenagers, parents and grandmas in our team. The property owner was always very quick in her responses. She made all arrangements to make our stay very comfortable. Upon request, she dropped off dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent etc, again within an hour or so. She also answered all my questions on community amenities, in a very timely manner. We will recommend the property for any large family close knit gathering, since there is plenty of space inside. Kitchen was utilized a lot, and was fully equipped with all basic necessities. We cooked a lot on the stove top, utilized the baking oven, grilled and also did s’mores for kids in the fire pit, which continued into a fireside chat for parents… Overall a great stay and great experience;

Good weekend sty

Saw Creek is a great area to rent a home. Lots of things to do within a 30-40 minute drive. It takes at least 17 minutes to get out of Saw Creek Estates. The house slept 10 of us the whole week. The house had a bathroom on each floor with a shower. The house does need some TLC. The stairs inside and outside of the property need checked and fixed. Some steps were uneven and broken. The sliding glass door lock needs fixed for security. The electric outlets need properly covered. It needs an overall paint job. The driveway outside is steep and gravely. We parked at the top. The owner was quick to send a handy-man out to fix a few things when we first arrived. The amenities were all great-including pool passes, propane grill, linens and towels.

From beginning to end, it was a very nice experience, property very nice and clean, communication great with property owners reply on time to every message, the online listing of amenities to the point. Definitely coming back. And don’t forget you need an all wheel drive vehicle to avoid difficulties at the entrance. We will be back! 😎

Good property for large family gathering, wonderful location.

Our stay at the Saw Creek for the Fourth of July weekend was exceptional. The space was very accommodating for my family of 13 and a family member's dog. Modern decor, and a kitchen full of everything you need from garbage bags, to varied pots and pans to dish washing tablets. We did have an issue with getting in the community after our second day there going for a supermarket run. We took full advantage of the 6 amenity passes provided and visited three of the five pools in the community.

100% recommended... beautiful house, is very quiet..

This property was amazing and I would recommend a stay here. My family of 16 fit extremely comfortably in this home. They allowed pets (important) and many amenities within the home; foosball table, pool table, ping pong (although not much space to play properly), roku to watch tv or play music, games, firepit, ets. The location was great with fun nearby activities. Some from my group went horseback riding, some went go karting, some went to the pool, and some went to the outlet 40 minutes away! The trampoline of course was a focal point for the kids and adults alike. My favorite part of the rental was how incredible the host was at communication. I wish everyone was as quick and attentive to respond to a message lol. Great stay, thank you!!!!

Well, I don’t usually do reviews but it was a bit concerning. When walking up the stairs to the main entrance two stairs were broken which could have caused an injury. My uncle was nice enough to fix it as best as he could. The entire outside patio was not cleaned, it was evident. Ir was beautiful out for out weekend get away so it sucked we couldn’t enjoy it as much due to the dust/dirt. The beds were not comfortable and overall it wasn’t what I expected. I dislike giving negative reviews but this is just for future guests, maybe things can be accommodated and they won’t encounter the same issues my family and I did. But for the price it was fine!

Visited with family friends for short vacation. Nice house and value for money

The house was just what we needed, rooms with beds and a big outside area for us to have some fun. Couldn’t ask for much more. Neighbors were close but never a problem.

I came to stay at the this house with my family for the weekend. The house is very spacious for a big family we had a great stay . Would definitely return also host was very good at communicating right away. Overall good stay would recommend for big family looking for a great weekend!

We had a really nice experience staying at this house, it felt like we were home. Kitchen was fully stock. The communication with the owner was super easy and quick. Perfect location for a getaway with family. Definitely recommend this home to anyone that has a big family. Will come back to this house in the near future.
