The perfect condo for our stay near strawberry springs. Communication with the owner was great too!

Great small home base for two in Steamboat. The views really were excellent on the corner unit and we enjoyed reading with the shades open. There is a shared balcony so be ready to smile and wave as people walk by and wish they were staying here. Bonus was really tall shower heads. I'm 6'7" and didnt have to duck! The kitchen was complete with everything to make small meals for two. Lots of outlets and charging stations. Thanks for welcoming us well to Steamboat Springs!

This is a great option for two people. Every amenity in this small quaint condo. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice unit, well supplied, great location. We opted to drive to free ski parking and it was super easy.

Great place, clean, well located and expertly laid out. It felt much bigger, loved the corner for the spectacular views to enjoy breakfast.

This was the perfect little spot for my boyfriend (at the time) and I. We spent 4 nights at this rental and the views were incredible. On the last day, my boyfriend proposed while hiking fish creek falls! So this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will definitely be coming back here! :)

Excellent view, great host

So incredibly clean and cozy! The location on the corner of the complex made the view out to the city and the landscape!

Enjoyed downtown, pizza other end of town, nice steak resturant close to the apt/condo.

I took a quick, solo trip to Steamboat and this condo was perfect. Great location. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Wild Plum and a few minutes more to get to the base of the mountain. I think this spot could work for a couple, but it was ideal for a solo trip.

The apartment is very comfortable and a perfect layout for 2 people to enjoy a few days. The kitchen is well stocked and there are very thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a bit far from the Main Street in steamboat, so you’ll need to plan to take the free bus or drive if you want to get groceries or walk through town. But the views from the unit are well worth it. We did have an issue with apartment construction on the stairs to the unit starting at 7:30am each day we were there, which was no communicated to us ahead of our visit. We understand construction is out of control of the owner, but we were disappointed not to be told ahead of time. Owner responded quickly to our concerns, but we suggest you double check the construction status ahead of your stay as it’s not on the listing. Otherwise the place was very quiet overnight and we did not find it too hot.

We stayed here in summer and it was comfortable all day. One mile from the main village, very quiet and easy to get to. Cute place, very clean, and great for 1-2 people.

Convenient location and perfect for two people

Great corner views across valley. Good top floor location. The hosts did really well choosing items for the condo, from the pans to the ski clock to the bedroom storage area. It’s got a cool mountain theme without the dated cabin look. It’s a small space that they’ve done a good job making comfortable.

This is a beautiful but small property with a beautiful view of Steamboat, and is close to slopes (not walking distance). It is perfect for two. It is on the top floor of three floors which means no one is walking above you, and you don’t notice neighbors beside you. It is beautifully adorned and has so many extra amenities not common in most rentals, even to the point of sleeping masks, ear plugs and York peppermint patties. Additionally they have both pour over and French press coffee pots. I was soooooooo impressed. The bed is very comfortable. The only set back is that the stairs appear to be the only access, and there are 1 and a half flights. We are older..70s.. so we just had to make several trips. If you pack heavy, be aware of this. We had packed light so worked fine. I recommend the property

This was a nice place for 2 people and very nice views. Almost a half mile to the nearest free bus transit so best if you have your own vehicle. Ubers don’t start running until after 8:30am and first bus runs at 8:22am. The bus stop (Herbage) is the 2nd to the last stop and first 2-3 buses are all full in the morning for the first ski runs. Don’t be in a hurry when taking the free transportation to the ski resort or to/from downtown… a lot at least an hour if not more. All-in-all… it works if you’re in good shape, like to walk, and don’t mind the cold (at night it’s even colder… and a little dangerous with icy roads and limited street lighting).

The rental was close and convenient to the slopes. Coffee amenities and oatmeal were an added plus in the mornings. Beautiful views of the Steamboat Valley just before dusk. The balcony is also the walkway to other units so people may pass by, but we did not find it to be a problem and just closed the blinds after dark.

Good location, great views, well-appointed efficiency-style condo. Rather small, but adequate.

Very easy to get into the property. Inside was very convenient. Only negative was the common balcony entrance which made it easy for other guests to look in unless we had the shades down.

Beautiful location, views, amenities in unit! Bed was sagging! Needs a new mattress, but the stay was great! We went to the Community Gardens tour! Beautiful and free! Such a beautiful area and so much to do!

The room was clean, comfortable and in a good location.

They provided local coffee grounds which was enjoyed out on the balcony every morning. The views form the balcony were amazing. Nice little cozy place to stay with some of the best views. Would highly recommend staying here.
