We had a great time during our stay. We went with our adult daughters and their families so we all had separate houses to sleep in so the privacy was perfect. The property is wooded so you feel alone but still close to the places you need to get to.
There was a strong odor in the barn in the mornings. I reached out to the property manager but she just said she'd address it with the owner.
Just a note, the "game barn" only had a shuffle board table so not actually what I'd call a game barn. And the water in the barn shower, when it finally got warm, it was only warm for about two minutes.
Overall, it was a great place to stay and we have told several friends about it for their families.

We enjoyed our stay because it fits our family needs. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. There are quite a few issues with the property. It could really use an update. The kitchen needs someone to go through it and throw things away and restock it. The water fills up in the kitchen sink if you are rinsing a bunch of dishes. It eventually goes down. The shower curtain in the main house bathroom smells like urine and the new shower out in the game barn only stays hot for 5 minutes and then it’s freezing cold.

I gave it a 5 star overall even though I gave only 3 and 4 stars in a couple categories. The property was great, just what we needed. Swings, zipline, slide, games, horseshoes, and cornhole for the kids. The only reason I gave a 3 star for communication is because I texted the # provided and asked for help with the heater in one of the bedrooms that we were having trouble getting to work and I never heard back. We did eventually figure it out. I gave four stars for location only because you can hear traffic from the highway. That didnt really bother us (hence the overall fove star rating) but if you are looking for a lot of quiet like you may find further away, expect to hear some traffic noise. However, we saw deer in the field both evenings we were there so that was amazing. This place is great for large families, especially if young kids are involved. Lots of fun things for them to do.

There is NO air conditioning in any of the 3 buildings!
The temperatures were well over 90 degrees in the afternoon and so was inside of the house! It was very difficult to sleep when the inside temperature was above 80 degrees even at 10:00pm.
The house was fine except for the fact that it was hot with no way to cool down until after midnight.

We found the property clean, well organized and each family, of the bigger family group, had their own space. The small touches outside for the kids helped keep them entertained, like the swings and zipline.

The propert was in a great location tucked in enough to feel secluded but close enough to make a quick run for forgotten items. The main house was fully stocked and perfect to cook for our group. the cabin and barn were also great and my parents appreciated being able to get away to rest. We loved being there in the winter and are already talking about coming back in the summer time

Amazing Family Cabin
If you’re planning a family trip this is a great cabin option! We stayed for our annual family trip with parents, siblings and their families and it was perfect and plenty of space to spread out. This was our second time staying here and the property has only improved. Well stocked kitchen with everything you will need and more. Games, zip lines, hammocks etc to keep kids entertained. Lots of towels, linens and on site laundry was helpful. The location is so close to stores and other activities but while at the property it has the feel of being in the mountain trees. Neighborhood felt safe and we went on many walks during our stay. The pride in ownership shows and it felt like a home away from home. Thank you!!

Property was in good shape. Plenty of beds for all of our group. Couldn’t use much of the outdoor amenities (of which there was quite a bit) due to weather. Kids loved playing on the zip line (one worked the other one was out of commission).

Great for multiple families!! Lots of outdoor space for activities
We had 5 "family" groups + kids for Thanksgiving- this cabin was great - the outdoor space surpassed any cabin we have rented in the past - they had a huge deck- 2 swings for kiddos - 2 ziplines - the pets and kids could roam and hunt around on the property since its all fenced in. Everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner was in the kitchen. Night was so quiet and peaceful - Beautiful place! Thank you!

Chillin in the Pines
Perfect Weekend. Nine girlfriends and a 10 and 11 yr old girls all came together for a relaxing 4 days. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with maybe 26 spices!! Four separate coffee makers. The barn was great with shuffle board, a large round table for games, maybe 200 DVD's, lots of games and puzzles.
The hammock and swing chair was used to relax.
The beds were comfy too. Enjoyed the firepit both nights.
We are definitely going back again next year.

Location is great even though it is right off a somewhat main road. Very quiet and relaxing.
Kids loved the slide and zip lines. Property had plenty of everything you would need, towels, cooking utensils, etc. only draw back was no bathroom in the barn and we understand how living in the outdoors you get a lot of critters but we did have to monitor more for spiders with the younger kids. Overall we had a great time and this is a great place to social distance but still have a great vacation.

Very nice property.
There was a miscommunication with the property staff. We were told we could check in an hour early, but when we arrived the gentlemen cleaning was not aware of our early arrival and seemed displeased. The property it's self was very nice and had anything you could need.

Idyllic cabin in the woods
All around fabulous weekend! The property manager made sure we were informed and made the process so easy! We would absolutely stay here again and will be sure to recommend it to our friends. The property backs up to an open field and immediately upon pulling up you feel right at home. It was perfect weather for a fire. We spent our time playing on the large deck- it had a slide for the kids and a girl and darts for the adults! All sorts of fun stuff to do around the property- from horse shoes to a zip line for the kiddos.We loved the property and had an amazing time quarantining away from home!

Absolutely Amazing Property!
My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this property for almost a week recently. I can honestly say it was a very lovely and relaxing place to get away to. The houses were all so clean and organized. They had everything you could need and then some. We were happily surprised to find all the different games and activities for the kids. It allowed along with the entire property being fenced in for my husband and I to relax. The different sleeping quarters w t.v's all over added to the experience of relaxing w no worries about the kids. Kind of a vacation within a vacation. I give this 6 out of 5 stars
