I had to pay too much on checkout and sent mails to the manager. He never answered. IHG hotline never answered. Whats wrong with them? Staff at the desk was anyway helpful with what they can do. Never got my money back. Never received IHG-points as an "apology" for the inconvenience that they caused as promised by mr. Henderson. Payment system just charged my cc for no reason. Manager promised to take care, but didnt do anything. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING Mr. Henderson!

I like the location and cleanliness of the room.

The pool is freezing. My 6 year old had to get out after 30 minutes.

The desk person was rude, didn’t know what she was doing and when I asked questions she asked “if I was impatient .” So rude.

Very clean facilities and staff was top notch

We thought we were booked into a ground floor handicap room, but they were unaware of this and none were available.we ended up in second floor standard room, but we made it work. All in all we were well pleased to with accomodations.

the room wasn’t too clean and we found chips on the carpet and by the bed. also shower was dirty and we cleaned it ourselves and water never got hot

Room was a bigger than most. The bed was very comfortable when most mattresses aren't to our expectations! Hot tub and heated indoor pool were very relaxing. Hotel was full but didn't hear any noise around us at all.... I like that!!!

We arrived early evening where it was still a little hot out. The air was an issue in our room not cooling enough throughout the whole night. When we expressed our issue with the manager upon checkout, he explained several units were being replaced, but was very gracious in rewarding us with a free night for our discomfort. A lot of managers would just explain it was an issue and that they'll note it.... but he went over and above for us, which was greatly appreciated, more than any other hotel chain would have done. Thank you Michael and Candlewood Staff!

How clean the bathroom was. Beds were ok, could have been a little bit more softer. Liked how the laundry machines were free to use.

Was not told that there was a convenience fee added to my total. Booking.com said my total was one thing and I even checked with the hotel at the time of paying for my room and was never told about it. Found out by looking what was charged to my account. Pool could have been warmer, it was chilly.
