Cute house, more roomy than it appears from the outside. Very nicely decorated and clean.
Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we did not cook. Everything was done in good taste. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our 3 months in Sebastian and our property, ‘Cottage Paradise’ was delightful and in a great location. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. While we had limited interaction with the property manager, any requests or information needed was always promptly addressed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

Perfect location for us, within minutes of my parents. Home was clean and very comfortable. Backyard wasn’t completely fenced in for pets, just in case that’s important; still worked out fine for my big guy. Thank you

Very cute and clean home and pet friendly! Well appointed in close proximity to anything needed. Eddie was always quickly responsive to any questions.
Only suggestion would be maybe a sail shade over the BBQ area. The end of day sun is intense over a hot grill! 😉

A vacation paradise!
The cottage was the best! Very clean and comfortable. Great restaurants near by. The beach was a short drive away. It was a home away from home. Eddie was great to work with, he made the process so easy. We are recommending this house to our family and friends. Thank you Eddie for making our vacation a great experence.

The home was a perfect location for getting anywhere in the area as we spent quite a bit of time at the river, ocean and Vero. Thanks for an excellent time!
