We had a lovely stay! The owner was very responsive to questions. She even went and purchased a crock pot for us to use.
The house worked perfect for our girls weekend. We had nine ladies - plenty of beds for everyone. Three full baths and a half bath was a blessing. The location worked for us as we spent time in Portland, traveled up the coast to Bar Harbor, and then a bit south to York. We loved the location on the lake. Nice to walk in the morning. Some got out on the water with the kayaks.
Property owner was so helpful. Very responsive to my questions. She also provided some advice on places to visit. She even went and purchased a crockpot for us!

Wow! What a fabulous week. We have always used our 2 week time in Maine vacationing at a beach house at the ocean. This year we changed it up and spent 1 week at the ocean and second week at Eva’s home on the lake. We are hooked! Loved what this home and little Sebago had to offer. Everything is well appointed, thought of, offered, and labeled! This allows guests to come in, relax and really enjoy themselves, which we did. So grateful for our time at this beautiful lake house.

This was an amazing place for our family to stay. We had 4 families with a total if 11 people. There was plenty of space for everyone. While the property offered plenty of activities the home was also central to us visiting Portland and Freeport for a couple of day trips. We would definitely rent this property again!

We could not have been happier with the property! Eva was a delight to interact with; she was responsive in answering my frequent questions and providing tips for local establishments. The pictures of the house were spot on accurate, as was the description. However, I was not expecting the setting, neighborhood and view from the decks and house to be as spectacular as it is! Absolutely stunning, serene, and beautiful throughout the day! From sunrise colors splashing pinks across the lake to sunsets of orange and red, and every moment in between. We had family from 91 to 4 yrs old - 4 generations. It was perfect for all. Thank you Eva for opening your home to allow so many to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful lake house on Little Sebago Lake. Everything we needed was there, the place was fully stocked. There were 8 adults and 8 children. The bunk room was perfect for the kids, they loved being all together. The hosts supplied a paddle board, kayaks, canoe, blow up raft, life jackets and a stationary raft on the lake. There were plenty of stores, supermarkets and coffee shops in close proximity to the house. Sherman's Bookstore was a big hit. The only complaint was the outside shrubbery needed to be cleared from the house. There were a lot of bugs and we got some bad bites. However there was plenty of bug spray in the garage which we should have used! I hate to even list anything negative, but want to be honest. I give it 5 stars! We would rent there again and Eva was a delight to work with!

Our extended family gathered from all over the country for a memorial service. We ranged in age from 15 to 85. Eva was understanding and flexible throughout the process, since when we first inquired, we didn’t know our exact dates or how many of us would be able to attend. Every single person who stayed here, or visited for chili after the service, exclaimed how beautiful and restful the place was. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook for 16 people for three days! Eva responded promptly anytime we had a question. The place was immaculate, linens were comfortable and abundant. We loved the canoe and paddle board, also the wood stove and outdoor fire pit. Air hockey proved to be therapeutic! Checkin and checkout were easy. Every bedroom had a beautiful lake view! We enjoyed watching loons, eagles and osprey. We would love to return again someday. Can’t thank you enough. This place was exactly what we needed to gather and celebrate our loved one. Also we were impressed to see wheelchair access from house to lake!

My husband and extended family enjoyed a stay-cation at this beautiful house. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained. We enjoyed the extra large table to play board games, do puzzles and have a family time as well as the wood stove on the main level.
Eva was timely in getting back to me about the heater not working downstairs and had maintenance there the next morning. It was close to shops and Seacoast adventure. We would definitely do this again. Only downside was we brought our own TV to watch on the main level since that was where all the adults were hanging out. We loved our stay and had so much fun!

Just walking in the door the space we all saw was amazing! The view of the lake was immediate and so beautiful. The fall colors were perfect. The young members of our group had wonderful fun exploring the house and so did the adults. Games and books abound for a rainy day. The kitchen is well equipped and it is easy for several people to cook at the same time.
The lakefront is beautiful. It is somewhat difficult to get to the dock if someone has difficulty with stairs and navigating the long ramp. It was great fun exploring the neighborhood on foot. Some of the group explored the lake by canoe and kayaks. Magnificent sunsets and gentle sunrises. It was a wonderful stay and we would certainly consider staying again!

Loved our stay. The house is right on the lake, fabulous property and located near major shopping in Windham. House is in very good condition, well stocked and was perfect for our group of friends. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at Camp Calamaki. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation for babies all the way to grandparents. The lake is beautiful and communication with the host Eva was great. Everything we could have needed was there. Can’t wait to go back!

This was the perfect house to spend a week with our adult kids and partners. We loved having kayaks and a canoe at the ready. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. so that it was easy to eat every meal in. The house was very clean, in great shape, well organized, and also had a lot of pretty touches.

House was everything we could have wanted. We had the most enjoyable, fun, relaxing multigenerational family vacation. The sunsets were gorgeous, the lake the perfect temperature, the wild life awe inspiring. I still miss waking up to the view of the lake! Thank you for everything, Eva! This was our 3rd year renting this terrific lakehouse. We are a large family ranging in ages from 3 to 70. There is always enough space that we don't feel like we are crowded. The kitchen is large and well stocked with anything you may need for cooking. It is large enough for 4 adults to be cooking without stepping on each other. Every year we hold a family fishing derby, swim and or float in the lake, paddle board and kayak. Paddle board, kayak, lawn games and some floaties are provide for your use.This year, as always Little Sebago Lake was clean and warm. Eva, the host is always just a text away, and will get back to you tight away if you have any issues. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great vacation spot.

Finding a Five Star accommodation for our group isn't easy as we range in ages from 16 to 83. This home was PERFECT! Everyone was so happy there, they didn't want to leave the house--not even once! Great swimming, fishing and family time. So grateful for our time spent at Little Sebago!

Amazing house and location
We absolutely loved our stay here. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 78. This house was perfect for everyone. My mother has limited mobility and was a able to hang out with everyone in the kitchen family room or sit on the deck. We even got her down on the dock once. The kids loved the downstairs area and it gave us a place to play games and not disturb those who went to bed. The water in the lake was beautiful the kids and adults loved swimming out to the dock. There are lots of water toys, kayaks and a paddle board. The kitchen was stocked very well. The views are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this house.

There is literally nothing lacking in this property - the owner is fantastic, the location is great. The house was impeccably clean and contained everything one needs on a vacation. This is the first house we have rented that gave us a head start with handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods!! The mobility ramp to the dock was great and made it possible for my whole family to fish. We caught a HUGE large mouth bass from the dock and plenty of white perch. Highly recommend. Fantastic owner and property.

Ideal location and property for a family vacation
There is literally nothing lacking in this property - the owner is fantastic, the location is great. The house was impeccably clean and contained everything one needs on a vacation. This is the first house we have rented that gave us a head start with handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods!! The mobility ramp to the dock was great and made it possible for my whole family to fish. We caught a HUGE large mouth bass from the dock and plenty of white perch. Highly recommend. Fantastic owner and property.

Perfect location for my family to gather for our daughter's graduation from college. The elevator and ramp to the lake were partially the reason for renting this property for my 88 year old mother (who decided not to attend) with knee issues. Absolutely beautiful house and location!

I stayed at this property with my family and two other families - 12 people in all. We had plenty of room in this spacious and lovely house on Lake Sebago. We alternated between adventures on the very frozen lake vs. lots of cooking and sitting by the woodfire indoors. A great February escape. I highly recommend it.

Book-lovers Paradise!
This house is wonderfully designed for families with plenty of beds, great light, wonderful views of the lake and a perfect kitchen/dining room setup. Best of all, every room had a wonderful collection of books for guests to enjoy. The collection in the kids room was particularly great, almost taking us away from the excellent books in the main bedrooms. All this plus backgammon and air hockey too!
Definitely a destination for all seasons.

Amazing family getaway
Beautiful home in gorgeous location comfortably housed 8 adults with plenty of space to be together and apart. Loved the large dining table for game dinners and games. The lake view was stunning! All amenities were within 2 miles and Portland and Freeport were only about 30 minutes away. Perfect location for our family getaway. Highly recommend!

We loved every minute of our stay on Little Lake Sabago. From the spacious rooms to the really nice wood stove, we truly enjoyed every effort that was made to help make our stay one we will never forget. I would highly recommend this home, especially for anyone with a large family or lots of kids.

Fall weekend family getaway
Wonderful experience. The warmer than expected weather let us put the kyaks, paddle board and canoe to good use. The kids loved telling ghost stories as they toasted their marshmellows at the fire pit. Highly recommend to all.

One Amazing Home
We loved every minute of our stay on Little Lake Sabago. From the spacious rooms to the really nice wood stove, we truly enjoyed every effort that was made to help make our stay one we will never forget. I would highly recommend this home, especially for anyone with a large family or lots of kids.

What a perfect week!
After being separated for so long due to COVID, it was great gathering with 2 of our sons and friends - Eva & Keith’s home provided every comfort, amenity and fun thing to do. Great gathering spots, inside and out, a gorgeous lake to explore with their kayaks and paddle board, a roaring fire on a chilly night and a big kitchen table to hold our nightly game nights made every day relaxing and fun. The location was ideal as it was quiet but afforded lots of outdoor activities and was only 1/2 hour from Portland. Everything was perfect and Eva made sure to let us know that she was only a text away. We only have superlatives to describe our visit. Thank you!!

Great week, great place for family reunion.
We took full advantage of this very nice bright spacious home and location. We had dinners for up to 14 using well equipped kitchen. Kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard and dock got plenty of use and we rented a pontoon boat. Wonderful views and sunsets from living room and large deck.
One member of our party especially liked the metal walkway/ramp down to the dock. There is an elevator from deck down to the yard and ramp, give owners plenty of notice if you want to use this.
