Maisema huoneistossa( Merinäköala joka ikkunasta),sisustuksen viihtyisyys, sijainti.Kauppa ”takapihalla”.Meri ja uimaranta lähempänä kuin missään muussa Paseo Marítimon kohteessa.

Olen ollut useana vuonna kohteessa, ja edelleen sohvan istuinosat ovat likaiset.Ei varmasti ole vaikeata puhdistaa niitä kun vaan käyttää oikeita puhdistusaineita!!!!Samoin lattiassa on pinttynyttä likaa joka ei pikaisessa pyyhkimisessä lähde,pitäisi taas käyttää siivouksessa vahvempia pesuaineita ja riittävästi aikaa!!!Tässä asunnossa ei ole päivittäistä siivousta , ainoastaan loppusiivous, josta joudut maksamaan 65€ .Kun tulimme asuntoon, suihkunurkka oli kokonaan siivoamatta kylpyhuoneessa.Pleksit olivat todella likaiset.Pieniä muurahaisia pyöri suihkunurkan ympärillä.Jouduimme itse ostamaan astianpesuaineen, roskapussit ja wc-paperia.Tämän tasoisessa asunnossa ne pitäisi olla asunnossa valmiina.Itse asiassa myös astianpesukone kuuluisi jo tähän hintatasoon.Lattian pesuaine olisi myös tarpeen, koska pidempään täällä oleskellessa on siivottu välillä itse( ensin piti pestä lattiarätti moneen kertaan…).Parvekkeen korituolien pehmusteet pitäisi vaihtaa kokonaan uusiksi.Onneksi pöytä ja tuolit oli uusittu viime kerrasta! Otimme yhteyttä Sur Suitesiin oleskelumme aikana, vastaukset valituksiimme oli” täyttä huttua”, mitään ei tapahtunut.Sanottiin esim.että kyllä meillä aina jätetään kohteliaisuutena pesuaineita huoneistoon.Ei siis edes haluttu kuunnella.

Mycket fin lägenhet och en stor balkong med utsikt mot hav stad och berg. 2min med hiss ner till stranden. Supermarket Mercadona runt hörnet! Fin lång strandpromenad.Nära till buss och tågstation.Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

Duschen behöver fräschas upp liksom dynorna på balkongen.

Housekeeping, would have liked the apartment to be cleaned whilst we were there.

This cozy apartment located on the 13th floor, is very nice, renovated, clean and bright, well equipped. It has all the amenities, including very comfortable kitchenette with with the necessary equipment all you need, extra bedding and towels, the spacious balcony, we enjoyed very much with sea view which looks fantastic, so was lovely for breakfast. Everything is as you can see in the pictures and even better. We really enjoyed staying here. The greatest value is stunning views to the sea and the every morning sunrise, beach, promenade, mountains and Costa del Sol. The location is excellent because it is on the beach, front of the beach right on the promenade, close to anything you need, restaurants, bars small shops and 2 min away supermarket Mercadona which with everything you needed below you. Very friendly staff that made the stay much easier. We were contacted via WhatsApp before our stay and were sent all needed information. The check in and check out was seamless and staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We will definitely repeat our stayed at this apartment and recommend it to our friends.

The view is fantastic, and the apartment is very nice. The building Stella Maris could need a make-over.

Great location and amazing views of mountains and sea

Everything. You couldn't fault the accommodation, the location, the host and the facilities. The host arranged car parking for us as no space was available nearby on the streets, they met us at the car park and took us to apartment, which was on the 13th floor. The views from the balcony, both sides were stunning, there was table and chairs on the balcony for 4 and there was also sofas to relax on. The location was perfect, so many restaurants and bars to walk to. There is also a big supermarket behind accommodation. The added bonus was the pool was open, which we weren't expecting due to the season starting from 1st May. Definitely recommend and would love to return.

This apartment was on the 13th floor with a large balcony and the view was just amazing! You could overlook both the sea, the beaches in different directions and the mountain. I had my morning coffee there while watching the sunrise which was absolutely magnificent. I would love to stay here again because this was the best view ever and close to the beach and many restaurants.
