Had a great stay at the property. A group of us stayed here for our family reunion. Beautiful lake, serene, and very relaxing. Clean with Lots of bed space and rooms for a group of 10 people.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. A couple of details that could have been better. The house was clean when we arrived. The size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms fit our group perfectly. The kitchen table was large enough for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Loved the extra refrigerator and freezer in the basement. Really enjoyed the pool table and foosball table.
There is room for improvement. The kitchen needs more tableware, specifically forks. Just enough for our group of 10 to eat a meal...had to wash them all after each meal to have them ready for the next. The carpet in the living room could use a solid shampoo...a lot of stains. Many of the walls could all use a coat of paint. Not enough (unbroken) chairs down at the fire pit. Normally I wouldn't note items above, but at that price, you expect the finer details. Kayaking was fun. The lake isn't for swimming...lots of vegetation that also made fishing difficult. Lastly the basement really smelled of mildew, even with the dehumidifiers running. While it improved during the week, the smell was always there. A few people in the group just couldn't go downstair because of allergies.
Communication with the property manager/owner was easy and they were very responsive to our questions.

Was a great house for our family gathering of 13 over an extended weekend. First floor bedrooms/living area was perfect for a grandparent who has trouble navigating steps. Plenty of place for gathering and kitchen well stocked. Game room was a hit!

Wonderful views, super clean, and plenty of room for our four-generation family vacation. Owners are very responsive and everyone enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, interesting wildlife and lake and pool activities. We had a great time!

The house was very large and clean. One day we drove to the Delaware Water Gap National Park and hike to the Tumbling Water Falls. The next day we just hung out on the lake all day, we brought some tubes and floated. We cooked and ate all our meals at the house and had everything we needed. It was a great relaxing mini vacation. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home!

Our family of 14 had a relaxing week at the lake. We enjoyed the kayaking, fire pit, game room, and spacious living area. The heated community pool was comfortable for swimming in beginning to mid-June. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again if we travel to the Poconos.

We had a great time here celebrating Easter with our family. The place was huge and fit all 15 of us comfortably. We spent most of our time enjoying the fire pit while taking turns on the kayaks. We even caught a couple fish :). Hosts were great too!

Oleg was an incredible host! From the moment we started considering his home, he was so responsive and helpful. He offered to help us in every way possible. Once we got to the home, we were so happy with the space. The great room is truly a great room - the high ceiling and airy space made it such a warm and welcoming room. The house is fully stocked and we wanted for nothing. The lower level was perfect for our older kids. The home is near all the great spots for skiing, tubing and great restaurants! Looking forward to staying again! You won't be disappointed!

So nice to arrive and find a nice and clean house!
Happy with the spacious living area and an abundance of bed choices. The whole family enjoyed the game room in the lower level. There was no view of the lake in the lower level. The lake view is from two decks on both ends of the house and from the living room. Several of our group walked to the lake from a walkway from the side of the house. We happened to be there after a nice snowfall so the grounds were nicely covered in snow. Made a great winter picture with the lake and snow covered trees. The best view of the lake are from two decks on both ends of the house and from the living area.
Our family did enjoy our time together at the lake house.
I would next time look into a location where we are closer to the local towns with shops. Although this location was very close to Bushkill Falls, it was closed during our stay. Bushkills Falls, a great place to hike and take in the beautiful mountains!

The house had everything we needed. The house was clean and we had a great stay. We had an issue with the main bathroom tub and Oleg was very quick to respond. He called right away and helped resolve the issue.

This house is exactly as you see it! Very Clean and great area. My family and I have been skiing at Shawnee for 40+ years and this it’s the first time we booked a full home. We were all impressed! The biggest hit was the pool table!!! Would totally recommend!!! We are looking to go back next year!!

Everything was great! Plenty of room for our group of 14. The house is decorated very nicely and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed being on the lake. The view is beautiful and it was nice having fires by the lake.

We had 9 adults and 2 teenagers in our group. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out. The house has everything a large group would need. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent! Game room was a big hit! Lots of laughs and family time. Thank you!

We felt safe. The grounds were clean and allowed for a fire in the fire pit by the lake. Sunrise was beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. I would definitely booked this property again. The owner kept communication open between us during our stay in case of emergency or questions.

Our group of family and friends wanted a weekend of relaxation and hiking! This house did not disappoint! The house was well stocked, extremely comfortable for our group of 15. The large table was great to play games around and the men loved the pool table! It was a quick 5 minute ride to Bushkill Falls! The kayaks and fire pit by the lake were a plus! We had lots of laughs and look forward to returning to this amazing vacation home! Our hosts, Oleg and Inga were amazing as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The property was clean, spacious, and quiet. There was everything needed in terms or bedding, towels, and kitchen items, but it was simple enough that it was unfussy and easy to tidy up. We loved having access to the kayaks and spent many reflective mornings on the water. Close access to many local waterfall hikes was a plus.

This is a beautiful lakefront property in a quiet and secure neighborhood with all the basic amenities. The home is close to all shops and attractions. Plenty of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations. Host was communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was truly wonderful. It had the desired ambience of being in peaceful woods, yet was not secluded. The home itself was spacious, lovely, and clean.
It was the perfect place for three generations of family, plus
dogs, to reconnect. The provision of the kayaks was much
appreciated, as was access to the community pool. The property was a very good choice!

This property was very comfortable for 4 couples and the house was well-stocked. There were even 2 washers and 2 dryers! The beds were comfortable too.
Communication with the property manager went very well - incredibly responsive and he even made us aware of some community events. He was also able to extend our check in and check out times for a reasonable fee.
The steps down to the lake are sturdy now (repaired from prior reviews). Be aware that there are about 56 steps down to the lake.
Overall, a lovely long weekend on the lake.

We had a great family gathering at Oleg and Inga's house in Tamiment. The house was perfect, very spacious, clean and up to date. We hung out at the fire by the lake, kayaked and fished, played corn hole in the yard and tennis at the clubhouse. The living room easily fit all 16 of us for movie night. Great place to stay!

Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms and restrooms; very spacious. Large kitchen and family room on main floor and two rec rooms on lower floor. Well kept home and peaceful neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the community pool and kayaking and fishing on the lake.

The house is beautiful! Very clean. Spent the weekend for my husband's 70th birthday. There was eleven of us. Five grandkids' ages 7 years old to 16. The older ones enjoyed the pool table. The younger ones had fun collecting bugs. lol Quiet neighborhood. Family enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. Book it! You won't be disappointed.

The home is spacious in s quiet community. The house is on s lake and the views are beautiful. Newly installed steps to the lakeside fire pit make access easy for all ages! The game room and plenty of tvs gives guests s lot of options while indoors. I highly recommend this house.
