Immaculate 5-Bed/3-Bath Home with Private Pool - Perfect SSI vacation home!
Real Escapes Properties è orgogliosa di presentare la nostra nuovissima proprietà - 1204 Demere Road! Questo cottage con 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni è di nuovissima costruzione con una pianta spaziosa e ariosa. Meglio ancora, è amico dei cuccioli. Ancora meglio: c'è una piscina privata nel cortile recintato!
Amerai le pareti della nave con appena abbastanza colore aggiunto in tutto il cottage per sapere che sei in un posto speciale.
Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi di zecca, incluso il dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 4 persone e ci sono ulteriori posti al bar dell'isola. Il soggiorno dispone di una grande TV da 55 "e di nuovissimi mobili rilassanti.
La Master Suite si trova al piano principale e dispone di un letto king size, di una grande TV, di un bagno interno con una bella cabina doccia e di un armadio principale abbastanza grande da abitare. We had a great time in SSI. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the backyard, pool and solo fire pit. Great location to shops and restaurants. The driveway/parking area was a little difficult to navigate.

We booked this house for a week in late February/early March. My husband and I were unable to go due to a sick pet but but my sister in law was able to still go with a couple of friends. I was a little hesitant to rent the home based on several of the reviews that complained about the parking situation and nasty neighbor. Our party followed the parking guidelines and had no problems at all. The home was immaculately clean. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

I rented this property for my son and his family as an overflow house for our larger family who were staying in a bigger house 3 driveways away. All of us checked out the house and were envious of how great this house was. It was clean with a great layout and the closets were massive if you had to set up a crib. And there are tubs for bathing babies/kids which was fantastic compared to most rentals. The only ding would be the house sleeps 10 but the table only seats 4. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

We came down to SSI for the first time to work for two weeks and needed a home that was nice and would allow two people to work. This home fit the bill. It is a beautiful new home with a pool and fenced in yard. The home was very well equipped and and clean. My only dings are the King sized bed should be replaced and the water pressure needs to be checked as it was weak at best. With those two items fixed we would rent this home again.

Watch Out For the Neighbor

This is a lovely house. It is unfortunate that the neighbor is a very nasty Man. So this home shares a driveway with the Home behind it. We were told up front about this and where we could park and not park. We had a very clear understanding of this. We were traveling with two vehicles and a small trailer with our golf cart on it. This information was given to the Property rental company and a conversation was had as to how we could park and where off location the trailer could be parked if we could not make it all fit on the pad. We were also traveling with two seniors 87 and 93 year old mothers and two others who are handicap. One of the handicap guest has a electric wheelchair we needed to unload. This meant that the ramp to facilitate this was out into the driveway by about 3 feet while loading and unloading. The process took no longer than 15 minutes. I explain all this to get to the nasty neighbor. Every morning at 7:00 am he on purpose was out with his blower standing under the windows on the driveway side of our house. Not his property to be blowing. He was doing it just to be annoying. When we were loading the electric wheelchair he called the police on us because we were blocking his driveway. The driveway was not blocked plus there is a ingress that is allowed. Once we started looking a post regarding previous stays and FB post regarding this man it became crystal clear that he wakes up everyday to make anyone who stays in this rental a living nightmare and has total intent to ruin their vacations. This time he infringed on the ADA Laws and he is going to get his due. On FB it has been dubbed the "one time house" because its a really nice house but you will only stay one time due to this neighbor. I feel compassion for the folks who own this property. You have a lovely home and it was perfect for our family with the exception of the very ugly man who lives behind the rental.

That owner refused us any access to the driveway, directly in front of our rental, even for quick unloading in a rain storm. When you have a house that sleeps 10+ ppl with only 2 parking spots there should be more Leniency in that area. That home owner called the rental company to complain several times within a matter of minutes which they in turn called us, therefore making it a stressful situation when we were checking in. There also wasn’t any soap in the bathrooms for showering and we ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly. Also, had a small problem with the hot water heater but thankfully that was quickly resolved.
