Arredato con gusto e ben mantenuto 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni.
Tonnellate di spazio (1700 piedi quadrati +/-) per intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici! Goditi il tramonto che si affaccia sulla baia e sulla palude dal tuo balcone di grandi dimensioni. Goditi la terrazza della piscina sul tetto. Usa il camino a gas durante la bassa stagione per goderti tutto l'anno. Ascensore sicuro, doccia esterna e una distanza a piedi molto facile da molte cose divertenti preferite da fare come l'Ocean City Tennis Center, la gastronomia ebraica di Rosenfeld, i campi da tennis, l'isola di Fager e vicino alla spiaggia! Affitti giovedì-domenica, domenica-giovedì, giovedì-giovedì o domenica-domenica. Deve avere almeno 30 anni con prova tramite una copia della patente di guida per ciascun membro non correlato del gruppo. 7 posti letto in letti + 2 in divano letto full size.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.
It was roomy with a nice decor, comfy beds and awesome AC. The short walk to the beach was appreciated by all of us. The building was very secure also.

We had a lovely stay. Our first family vacation since 2020. Location was perfect. A few short blocks to the beach. We didn’t have a key to lock the storage closet in the hallway but no one touches your stuff so it was fine. Loved having a washer and dryer especially when traveling with a baby. A high chair would have been helpful for meals but we managed. The apartment was beautiful and big. The cleaning services could do a better job with cleaning bathrooms and under the couches. We spent a lot of time on the floor with our crawling grandson and it a toy rolled under the couch it was pretty dirty. It really wasn’t anything to bring to the attention of property manager but just an observation. The kitchen was great for cooking! All in all we had a fabulous time in OC!

Great location with a nice waterfront view. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the wildlife and boats. Close to the beach/boardwalk and other activities. The only reason this location didn't get 5 stars is because the unit didn't appear to have a general cleaning. There was a lot of hair on the couch, hair in the hallway shower, and the hallway sink and mirror had not been wiped down. Additionally, one of the TVs in the bedrooms was not hooked up. On a positive note, communication with Ann was excellent and she responded quickly to an issue we had at the unit.

Great location with stunning views of the Bay. Within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and OC nightlife. Would highly recommend.

Three nights here, everything was clean and location excellent. The balcony was amazing.

Didn’t like that the closest in the master bedroom was zip tied and we had to keep our clothes in a different room. Would you let me know the reason for that.

We only stayed 1 night; but the condo was very nice. The only unfortunate thing is that it was hot rod car weekend and we didn't get much sleep from all of the engine revving and burnouts occurring along the highway where the condo is located.

We were renting this property to attend the Oceans Calling festival which ended up being canceled due to the Hurricane. The weather was terrible but the Condo was a great place to relax and just get away for a few days. I loved the views from the back balcony looking over the bay. We took two cars and when we got in there was only one parking pass. I contacted Ann right away and she responded quickly and had another parking pass dropped off. There was plenty of room that we didn't feel on top of each other. We all really loved how comfortable the couch was especially since we spent a lot of time watching movies. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to go back sometime in warmer weather to take advantage of the Rooftop pool!

Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) had an amazing Labor Day weekend. We were close to the beach, loved the rooftop pool and were close to so many restaurants and things to do.

Great time!
We loved it! Great location and was so big to fit our family. We enjoyed the views from the deck and really liked the pool on the roof! One recommendation would be to put either dark or black out curtains in the front 2 rooms because the hallway lights were still bright with the blinds closed. Overall great stay and really enjoyed our time, thanks!

Beautiful Condo!
This condo is wonderful! It is so spacious and we loved the layout. The view is great even from the 1st floor! The rental process was very easy and we had no problems! Highly recommend this property!

This is our second time staying here and we were so happy to be back! The condo is so beautiful and the views of the bay are amazing. Roof top pool was great for those hot days! Can not wait to come back again!!!

Overall, it was a great stay. There was some traffic noise, but not the owners fault. Enough space for what the Unit had to offer.

Nice place to stay
I was happy except the property owner kept changing the thermostat via Wi-Fi control, to a warmer temp than what we had it set at. So when we would come back for the day and tried to sleep at night he would constantly be changing the temp. Most of the time it was just to hot. But we had no problem except our first night the person staying above us was peeing off the balcony and we had to yell at them.

When I opened the door all I could say was “WOW! This condo is huge, bright and beautiful! Well decorated, the view from walk out master suite and living room to the large balcony was AMAZING! To wake up and look at the view I could see Gods love and I was just HAPPY, a wonderful feeling of peace from our everyday lives. Clean, fresh, peaceful and happy , easy clear instructions, combined with a friendly and very responsive management team (Ann Holtz -AWESOME ) everything you need is offered here! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!’

Wonderful!
We enjoyed our week in OCMD! This condo was perfect. The view of the bay and overall location is simply the BEST! It is huge- so much space, large bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, kitchen! The rooftop pool is small. We did not spend any time up there since it was usually crowded.
Remember to bring your own paper products, cleaning supplies, bedding/towels (or rent), Firestick/Roku, beach chairs, and toiletries. Plenty of undercover parking. The beach is right across the street.
I would definitely stay here again!
