This place was everything it was advertised to be. It was very clean and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. The property manager was very helpful and their response time was very timely. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Cary, NC.

Kathy the host was exceptional. She communicates clearly and treats you as if you were a great friend. The place was nicely decorated, a good value and some nice extra touches like Keurig and fresh snacks.

This property delivered on all levels. Very comfortable with great amenities. The host also thought of the little things like bottled water, coffee pods, tea, & snacks. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfectly situated as we needed to travel between Cary & UNC Chapel Hill every day. Everything was close by including great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was WONDERFUL! Very quiet itself and in a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy, yet has plenty of space and a quaint backyard with porch. It’s close to everything you could want. I had a technical glitch communicating with Kathy the host, but VRBO quickly help me with that and Kathy was very responsive. We will definitely rent again!

Nicely decorated space with attentive hostess. We enjoyed the beds with luxurious linens and super pillows! The snacks were well received and the tea and coffee service via Keurig was well used. We enjoyed the easy proximity to DT Cary , Raleigh and Apex for dining and shopping. Thank you Kathy for your attention to all the details that made our stay extra special.

House was well maintained and appointed. Cute little backyard with deck. Peaceful neighborhood. There is a pond nearby that is within walking distance for evening strolls.

Great location and comfy place in a nice neighborhood. Great outside deck area to hang out. Perfect
This was our first VRBO experience. It hit all of our expectations. A very clean, well maintained and comfortable condo, very close to our grandkids. We had plenty of space for the two of us to relax after a full day of visiting with the kids. Perfect location to walking sidewalks and proximity to the Green Way trails. Perfect location near shopping, restaurants and Starbucks. We will definately be back.

We loved our stay at Kathy’s. The place was just the right size, was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to Cary downtown and a quick drive to Raleigh, Durham and Wake Forest. The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessities to cook a meal. ! We’ll definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. it’s
