Location of unit as well as pricing was exceptional. Linen was clean. Quiet night with the exception of neighbor arguing and fighting….

Roaches!!!!!!!! We arrived about 9:30pm. Dropped our bags went for dinner and returned late. Woke up the next morning and kitchen area.. our food (in containers) my daughter’s birthday cake (in store container) the sink area, the trash can (was empty) ROACHES!!! Garbage disposal didn’t work properly, smell of decay food!!!!!!! Beyond disgusted. Reached out to staff and of course the reply was “ I’m sorry, I wish there was something we can do…. Didn’t offer a solution at all👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 I will not recommend renting this unit

The location

The dishwasher was broken and flooded. The sink was clogged. There was only sheets on the bed and the water was brown at first.

Nice place, quiet. Easy to find. Parking was good, lots of space. Had everything available for a comfortable stay. Nice views from every window.

House was kinda shaky, every time you walked you could feel the home move.

It was close to the beach and a good price.

It was dirty, I clean for a living so I don’t say this lightly. There was sand under all the beds and kids toys, the fridge was dirty.

The air conditioning did not work and they wanted me to see if I could fix before they called someone out to look at it . Then told them we could not fix it and she said to check the breaker. I told her to get someone or give my money back so she called someone he came out and said it was frozen up said it would be a hour or so . That started at 4:00 pm and we finally got are rooms at 9:00 pm . Then she texted me back and said the guy didn’t have a filter for the return vent and said that she had some in the hallway closet and asked me to put one in it for her . So I did not. I was not there to work

Everything was just like the pictures. I loved the location and the amenities.

The location was great. Although there was not direct beach access by walking, it was a short drive and we didn't mind. There was also a Mexican restaurant nearby, Venados Cantina, that we ate at and highly recommend.

There was no toaster and we had brought items for breakfast that needed toasted so that was frustrating. The house also did a great deal of shaking both when the washing machine was running and when it was not. We were not expecting that and it was a bit unnerving.

Great Location, well kept. worth it.
