Benvenuti nella nostra casa di lusso di metà secolo / moderna progettata, decorata e amata pensando a voi. Quando rimani con noi, sarai in una posizione centrale PERFETTA a tutto Fayetteville con TUTTO a breve distanza.
I nostri punti salienti:

★ Splendide vedute della città su un balcone privato
★ Direttamente accanto a Rick's Bakery, Ozark Natural Foods, Arcadia Retro Arcade e tutto nel centro commerciale Evelyn Hills (guarda in alto!)

La nostra residenza cittadina è stata recentemente progettata e decorata per il massimo comfort. Salirai le scale per vedere bellissimi schiocchi di colore con design moderni di metà del secolo e un sacco di verde vivo.
Avrai accesso a tutta la casa, entrambi i balconi, la griglia, la cucina e tutti i servizi che potresti vedere. L'unica area a cui non avrai accesso è il garage.
Logan, il mio cohost, sarà disponibile per qualsiasi necessità tu possa avere durante il tuo soggiorno via telefono o di persona.
Abshier Heights è una lussuosa comunità cittadina di recente sviluppo sul fianco della montagna di Fayetteville. Sarai nascosto dal traffico ma abbastanza vicino da avere accesso a piedi a tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno e solo 1 miglio dalla piazza della città.
C'è un parcheggio direttamente di fronte alla casa, ma più posti di overflow nel vialetto a pochi passi dalla porta di casa. Non avrai accesso al garage durante il tuo soggiorno.

Great place to stay, very clean, comfortable and located. Check in and out super easy. Great communication from Mgmt company. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are a little dark or not well lit and the curtains in the 2nd bedroom are a little too light if you are nursing a hangover or want to sleep past the morning sunrise.

Property was as listed. Yes- there are two flights of stairs and one is extremely step. So make sure all in your party are capable and careful. The extra half bath off living area on main floor was great!
Communication was good.
Bed in primary needs a new mattress and cleaning crew should be careful to wipe down inside of shower. (Wasn’t completely clean.) other than that, it served our purpose of one night stay.

My family and I stayed during one of the busiest weekends of the school year. Property was clean, convenient, and close to what we needed in Fayetteville.
Electricity went off very briefly a couple of times which disabled wi-fi. There also was not laundry detergent, but those were minor details. The home was lovely, well-equipped and very cool,
We definitely will stay here agdib and recommend it to others!

Super cool place to stay that is very convenient to campus and restaurants and nightlife. That also means it may not be quiet and remote if that is what you are looking for. But, you can walk 2 minutes to great restaurants and Summermoon coffee. Just a cool spot. Also, lots of stairs, so keep that in mind. This will be my first choice for VRBO in Fayetteville going forward though.

Great property and location close to downtown square, the university and easy access to all other points of interest. We enjoyed the tucked away building and good parking. We are seniors so the stairs were a bit of challenge but the balconies in front and back made for great relaxing opportunities. The accommodations were just as advertised and the beds very comfortable.

Me and my business partner stayed here for a few nights while in the area. The property was very clean and all around great. Very quiet area just off of one of the main streets. Checkin was super simple. The host communicated with me throughout the process and checked in the see if we needed anything. I also needed to add a night and they were very easy to work with for that. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location
A great condo, in a quiet little pocket of town, but close to everything.
Great parking available ( we had 2 vehicles, one was a oversized pickup, no problem) Friendly neighbors (but not overly so). The condo itself was very clean & as pictured. Beds were comfortable & bedding was upscale. Bathrooms clean & supplied handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash if u needed it. (Only thing I wish they had, & I know its being nit-picky, was some hooks on back of door or wall to hang robes, towels, or toiletry bags). Kitchen was stocked with pods for coffee pot, dish soap, paper towels, spices, etc. Comfortable dining chairs & living room furniture, with big TV.
Great communication from owner, texted made sure no issues getting settled in & that we had everything, or if we needed anything. Easy checkout, minimal list of things to take care of b4 we left. That was a nice change from other places i've stayed. We would definitely stay there again.

Arkansas/Auburn Game Weekend
This is a very clean and new nice condo well located in Fayetteville. It had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. Also appreciated the half bath on the main level. I would recommend this property to one and all!

Favorite Place to Stay!
Great property and close to Rick’s Bakery! Beautiful views, clean and high end furnishings. This is my number one go to when visiting my daughter.

Probably had no one there since the snow two weeks prior and lots of rock salt sprinkled on driveway and entry area. I tried to sweep with a broken broom so we wouldn’t track it inside. Trash compactor had no bag liner and someone had poured coffee grounds into it leaving a big mess to try and remove. No trash bags were even provided!I agree with other reviewers that master bed mattress needs replacing, sinks badly in the middle. It had the basic utensils but not well stocked with those as well as pots and pans like other properties we have stayed in that area. Overall it fit our needs as we were there for Christmas to see family and location was where we needed to be.

Perfect Place
Wonderful property that was the perfect location and size for a visit with my college daughter. The property was up to date, clean, safe and extremely comfortable. We both enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be renting this location again! Five plus stars!

Loved the property and location. Giving it 5 stars, but the master bedroom needs a new bed or boxspring. It dipped in the middle.

Family Visit
Our family came to visit our oldest who is attending the University of Arkansas. Short drive
to the campus. Comfortable master bed. Quick response from property manager when I text to
say propane tank on gas grill was low. They responded immediately and promptly dropped off a new tank. We would definitely stay here again or at another property managed by this company!

Great condo; close to where we needed to be. Spent a few days here with my daughter for some medical treatments near by. Condo is very well decorated and comfortable for some time to relax between appointments. Nice quiet area and the balcony was a nice retreat in the mornings and evenings to gear up or reflect on the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
