We had planned on visiting Bentonville but had to pick another town due to the unfortunate tornado that hit the town. We booked this property very last minute and were happy we did. House was centrally located, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the front porch and the kittie cat that visited us. Easy check in and out. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation weekend. The home is beautifully appointed, roomy and loved the open concept for family time. The wrap around porch is also so nice for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We met up with family (it was a halfway point between our homes) and had a wonderful time staying in this cozy, lovely home! We especially loved spending time on the front porch, and my kids loved sleeping in the loft space. The home was perfect distance from anywhere we needed to go. We did wish that the air pump for the air mattress would plug into the wall- it’s only compatible with a car charger and you have to bring the air mattress outside to inflate it. That’s our only small complaint. Everything else was wonderful! We’re already talking about coming back again.

We enjoyed our stay! Cute house that was close to tge square and Dickson street. Quiet area. Very clean. We even saw two deer walk right through the front yard one morning which absolutely made my grandson’s day!

We were in town for a wedding. This location was perfect. It was walking distance to the square. It’s a quite pretty neighborhood and the house was so cosy and felt like a home. The front porch is a great place to have coffee or am evening cocktail.
The propert management was just amazing, they responded immediately when we had a question. We will certainly stay here again

We were traveling with family to visit our son who attends UARK. The location was perfect - close to downtown, School and our son’s apartment, while in a quiet neighborhood. It worked out great because everyone had their own space but the common areas were perfect for hanging out and spending time together.

Overall, the SoFay Farmhouse was a good fit for our family. The layout allowed us to spend time together playing games, eating, and relaxing on the patio. Its location is convenient to hiking and biking trials, the center of town, and fun stores and coffee shops to check out. The neighbors were friendly. The few things that give the house a 4 rating instead of 5 were dirty hardwood floors that turned our feet black, not being able to check in before 3pm without paying a $90 fee, and the kitchen being short on sharp cooking knives and coffee mugs.

This property was ideal for our family to gather from different states to celebrate a 22nd birthday and Father's Day together! Wonderful location, properly stocked, prompt communications - all that we look for in a rental!

Other than the water pressure being very low in both showers this place met our expectations. A king bed upstairs would have been a bonus. There’s a blow up mattress but no pump to air it with so my grandson used the loft sofa to sleep on. Loved the windows and wrap around porch!

We were in Fayetteville for our son’s engagement party! This house is in a great location…close to the University, shopping, and Dickson Street! The house feels like home with great bedroom & bathroom arrangement. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well appointed and has nice Kitchen-Aid appliances! I highly recommend this home!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely and worked great for our needs. We were very close to downtown and enjoyed going to see the holiday lights at the square. We needed to bring our two dogs and they were very accommodating to that.

Property managers were great to work with. Quick response time, very nice, and followed up on any issues or concerns we had.
I am pretty picky on cleanliness so I felt housekeeping could’ve done a better job, but overall it was a great experience. Very relaxing. Very nice house with high end appliances.

The house was great. It was a little short on coffee cups, we needed 4 and there were only 3. Don't let the neighborhood worry you, it appears that it is a changing. It is close to the square and the U of A.

We had a great stay here! A cute house and right down the street from a park and splash pad that we walked to each day. We had an issue with the air upon arrival and they responded very quickly! The only drawback was that the bed downstairs had a board broken underneath it. It was uncomfortable to sleep in but we didn’t figure out what the problem was until near the end of our stay. Overall a great experience!

Great House
This house has a great layout and the covered porch is awesome. Very comfy and peaceful. We had a couple of issues when we checked in but the management responded quickly and everything was taken care of within an hour.

Our family had a great stay at this lovely farm style home. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The home had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches, appliances were nice and linens we plush and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the cooking pans be updated.
