great location, very clean and good value.

It was very big and had a nice sun room

The toilet could have been cleaner-there was a ring around it. I had some questions for the owner. When I called one of them, their mailbox was full. I called the other one and he never returned my call. Also, it took us 2 days to realize there was another bathroom upstairs!

From the moment we booked this condo to walking out the door on our last day was a wonderful experience. We have never rented anything outside of a hotel so this was scary for us. It was a wonderful experience. Everything about this rental was perfect. Keyless entry worked wonderfully! Very well equipped with everything from linens, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, toiletries, kitchen accessories, trash bags, book with directions in the condo, etc... It was just like we were at home. Beautifully decorated and the furniture was perfect. The condo was very quiet never heard anyone else day or night. Beautiful surroundings backing up to woods and peaceful community to walk around if you want to exercise. Great location to all restaurants and shopping. So happy we rented this condo! There isn't anything about the stay I would change.

My complaints are barely complaints but information that could be better communicated. The address is listed 12 Pinehurst Manor but it needs to say 12C Pinehurst Manor - makes a confusing first moment when there are A-F on the building. Also, you should list a washer and dryer (I don't think this was listed). Lastly, the property owners need to communicate when emailed or called. The Evolve Team responded immediately when I emailed but the property owner never responded to my two emails about check-in procedures and early check-in request, no response when I called the phone number listed with the same request, AND when I text their number per their request we were leaving on our final day - I received no response. We HAD NO issues but it worried me how they would respond if there was an issue. The place was absolutely the best but these things could make a first-time renter a little better at ease. But if this is the worst that could happen - it's really not too big of an issue! This is not meant to be nasty because we would stay there again if needed. Just a recommendation!

Upstairs master bedroom had no bathroom

We enjoyed the large, clean comfortable condo. It was well stocked with supplies.
