Clean, we’ll maintained, good parking lot.

Our air conditioning was not working. The person who gave us the room, at check in, knew this and, still gave us the room. Husband went to the counter desk, in the middle of the night and, the staff there, told him we shouldn’t have been given that room. There was a work order for the AC and the job was not completed. We could not sleep because of how hot the room was. We left as soon as sun rose. Very disappointed, hotel looks nice and new outside, we were tired, looking to get some rest, we had been driving the whole day and had half a day more of driving.

Nothing everything was excellent.

Everything was amazing. I'm not sure what the Clerk (Beautiful Black Young lady, with a short blonde cut) name was, but she was so sweet and professional. Her welcoming smile was just what I needed!

was way over charged for the stay at this hotel. was charged 276 a night for a room. Hotel was supposed to honor pricing for a wedding but only after a short time they no longer gave the price and the people that stayed here were gouged on price. Staff was rude and beds were not comfortable.

charged twice, once via booking com second via our debit card. No reaction on our complaint. needed booking com to help us. Case isnt solved yet. Price of 350 Dollar per night isnt sppropriate for clewiston.
