Very comfortable, very well equipped, great location.

Location and the standard of the facilities. Very high standard of fittings, furniture and kitchen implements for all types of cooking. The owners have thought of everything and beyond for your stay.

Would have liked the ability to shower in the en-suites. Fittings were there, but no shower curtain to allow you to stand up. Bathrooms are extremely high standard, but practicality is impaired. Not obvious when booking that showers if required meant everyone using the main bathroom shower which is wonderful.

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Lovely location. Short walk to the sandy beach, a lovely children's playground and some very nice dune walks. Cafe/post office had some lovely food available and the fish & chip shop opposite was ideal for supper on one of our nights there. Was lovely to see a seal cruising past whilst we were sitting on the beach with the children. Children loved the toys and books in the property - nice touch.

Perfect peaceful position. Easy to walk to beach, the shop, pub and the chip shop. Had everything we needed for our long weekend.

A fantastic property in the heart of the village. We loved the space, commented constantly on how well equipped it was and all felt very comfortable there. The close proximity to the beautiful, unspoilt beach and dunes was an additional highlight. Great communication with the owners too.

We loved everything!

Everything… well fitted and furnished for two families and two dogs. Very close to the beach, sand dunes and village facilities including tearooms, shop and fish & chips.

Having to leave!

It was self catering which was perfect for us. However there was a nice cafe literally across the road. The location was ideal in a small village with one great pub and a shop. It was also 2 minutes from the lovely beach.

Great if you like a hard bed (which I do). Nothing bad to say about the place.

so close the the dunes

there was nothing I did not like about the property, it was an amazing stay . would definitely come back again.

The stairs were extremely steep so that we struggled to get suitcases upstairs. Another friend was at one point going to join us and she would probably have been unable to make it up those stairs.

Fabulous home with all the comforts you could wish for in an ideal location near beach shops and pub. Two and four-legged friends had a wonderful stay, thank you x

As it is in a central position you hear people outside but in fairness as we had young children with us we were up anyway

House location remoteness dunes everything really

Wonderful large rooms beautiful decorated. Loved the high tech/gadgets. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location near beach, opposite food shop, fish and chip shop and lovely little tea room (served a great breakfast).

An excellently proportioned property, with all the comforts of home. Situated in a beautiful clean quaint village, filled with friendly folk. An ideal location for exploring both the north and east coast of Norfolk and only minutes away from Norwich.

The cottage was home from home, everything you could possibly want!! Comfortable beds, and sofas and very spacious. Near the dunes, supermarket and lovely local pub. Lots of places to explore with our dog.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

The location is excellent -right in centre of the village, near to shops and pub and very short walk to lovely beach and fabulous dunes. Hosts were very responsive and house had most things you might need. It was extremely clean and tidy. The outside area is much nicer than it looks in pics - lovely big table to eat outside and good amount of sunlight mornings and evenings. Parking right outside very handy.
